Really pleased! Very friendly guys and gave me a great hair cut!!!! Definitely recommend anyone to go visit if they want a satisfying new doo!
I chose Village Hair on the basis of the good reviews and was not disappointed. I received a very warm welcome and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was really pleased with my haircut as the stylist, Kurt, did an excellent job!
From the moment I stepped into the salon to the moment I left I received impeccable customer service that felt 100% genuine. You don't get treated like 'just another client' in this place, you get treated like royalty! I'm a blonde...and any other blondes reading this will understand the sheer panic when we have to trust someone new to colour and chop our hair... I'll put it simply for you, since day one I knew I wouldn't be looking elsewhere, every colour, every cut and every coffee I've had has been exactly what I've asked for. I've had Nik do my hair from the start, Nik manages to merge his professionalism with his fun and friendly kindhearted nature. I no longer go just to get my hair cut, I go for a haircut and a relaxed catch up with an amazing guy who also happens to be my stylist. If you're looking for a salon, don't just take my word for it...go in and check it out, and I can promise you'll love it. Thanks to everyone at Village Hair.
Not only was the temperature of this quaint positive salon perfect, I arrived after being caught in terrible cold wet weather, I was greeted by two very friendly (and handsome) staff with a coffee and a towel to dry down! As you can imagine you are not usually in the best of moods when you get caught in horrible weather in new shoes, but my mood soon changed with the fun atmosphere the boys created in the salon. FURTHERMORE My end result, was more than perfect, I gave a slight description to the senior stylist ( I think his name was Kurt) and It was as if he could read my mind, very very creative. LOCATION Normally I would feel a little anxious going to a Salon in the heart of Manchester's Gay Village, in case I got a complex with the boys working there, but it was absolutely not the case. Both of the boys had me in stitches, down to earth however immensely professional. Surprised and more than happy to say the least! PRICE was more than reasonable, I really couldn't say a bad word about the salon, I will be back again, LOVE MY ABSOLUTE NEW DOO!! Thanks Village Salon
