i had a good experience at trying out Vibro machine. It was my 1st time so Craig guided me very well and he explained about the vibro machine, how to use it and its benefits. Initially felt odd when on the machine but he encouraged me and put me at ease. I felt good but exhausted in just few minutes time. I sweated a lot and I had to sit down and take rest after few minutes as it was bit too much as I was continuously doing it. I was advised to take lots of fluids before and during using this vibro machine. I think after couple of sessions one will get used to it. I would suggest to try it once, dont go on empty stomach, take water bottle with you. There is some space for car parking but i should say they get occupied very soon.

HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME, I WAS TREATED REALLY WELL AND FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AT ALL TIMES. THE STAFF WERE VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY AND THE PLACE AS VERY CLEAN AND NICE.
Lovely place, staff great. I enjoyed the treatment that I had. Very mdern and up to date. I would love to come backa gain. I might even bring a friend next time. Thanks.
Tucked away behind Brindley place, parking can be an issue so leave yourself time to look around/park in brindley place and walk over the bridge. You can park in front of the gym itself if you are only staying for a 30mins session, but space is limited. Lovely, smart looking and comfortable with very friendly staff both on the phone and in person. Single sex changing rooms with lockable lockers available. Excellent explanation of the vibro suite powerplates, with a great intro session that you can feel working straight away (and still feel an hour later!). Felt very safe and comfortable throughout the one-to-one workout, despite the fact that the trainer was needing to answer the phone and deal with other clients simultaneously- but he never once left me to my own devices for more than 30secs! and could quickly tell when to push me a bit further and when I'd had enough. Very very pleased I took up this offer, now planning to take up the other linked offers and continue what I started. I can highly recommend it! (and already have to several friends). The gym itself does seem a bit dark inside, but to be honest, maybe that's a good thing!!

I had a voucher from groupon - also paid for an upgrade to a full body massage. It was booked well in advance. I spent time and money getting to the vibro suite, on arrival I met the owner of the vibro suite I was told there was no therapist available. I was quite annoyed by this especially as the guy didn't apologise and just got more arrogant as the conversation progressed. After the time and money spent and the unapologetic attitude of the owner I decided it was better to get try and get my money back for the upgrade and the voucher from groupon. Since this point the owner has promised to call, and hasn't. He has also put the phone down when I have tried to get my money back for the upgrade. My experience with the Vibro Suite in Birmingham has been a waste of time and money, the guy who runs it doesnt look as if he can be trusted and the customer service he gave me was truely apalling. I would say avoid at all costs...
