Friendly staff and atmosphere. However, the location off High Street Kensington does make it expensive and so I would only return if there were further offers.

I had a colouring only. Staff is friendly and good advice for me. Shampoo was very confortable it 5 stars.Thank you.

Just on my way home from a keratin treatment - Sébastin took care of my hair and he made it fabulous. Instead of the unnatural poker straight hair I ended up with years ago from a similar treatment, he spent a lot of time making it perfect and very natural looking, as well as throughly explaining the aftercare.
The only thing that made me uncomfortable was having my picture taken at the end of the treatment - but it was hard to say no X

I had a Brazilian keratin treatment and thoroughly enjoyed
this experience . It took a little bit longer then I was expecting
but I was looked very well after by the staff, who were
very professional and friendly . I would definetly be back

Therapist was really friendly & made me at ease. Only downside is that there was no offer to do the back which I believe to be part of the brazilian. Perhaps it would have been done if I'd have asked for it, but I think it should be offered.
What was done though, was done professionally & very thorough.
