I had a very positive experience - lovely stylist, excellent haircut, beautiful and relaxing location. There was a mixup with my wahanda booking and the salon was actually fully booked on the day I'd arranged my appointment, but the salon got in touch with me right away to reschedule it and were very courteous and helpful. I came in wanting to fix a terrible haircut I'd had the previous week. Rebecca listened to me and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. I left feeling great and will definitely be back!

Felt truely spoilt from the moment I walked in. Polite attentive staff who were there if you needed them. Great food for lunch. Would love to go back but will have to be a special treat.

I must say I had a fab time, The massage was amazing.

The only downfall was that they wanted to charge me £33 stating that the full payment was a deposit, I disputed this by showing the receipt, the hotel did not except the receipt I then called Wahanda who clarified that I had paid in full. Slightly embarrising.

A completely stunning venue, friendly and attentive staff, wonderful treatments to choose from, and a delicious Afternoon Tea. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the Utopia Spa Day, and we will be back.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. We were offered a tour of the hotel and they valet parked our car and bought in our bags whilst we had lunch. Our room was on the spa side of the hotel which meant we could go down to the pool in our dressing gowns which suited us just fine. The room was on the small side and I was initially disappointed although it was beautifully decorated and was perfect for just me and my sister and the bathroom was amazing. The concierge made sure we were happy before leaving. On our first night the air con didn't seem to work too well and around midnight I rang to get a fan bought up which they did within minutes. We ate in Reflections both nights and the food was fantastic, if anything the portions were too big! The spa itself is great with a lovely big pool and then smaller hydrotherapy pools and an outdoor hot tub in beautiful surroundings. We were always collected promptly for our treatments and both thoroughly enjoyed them. Overall we had a fantastic 3 days and were able to use the spa up until 1pm on the day we left. The restaurant staff were lovely as was everyone in the spa and the hotel. We would definitely return if we found another Wahanda deal.

Lovely room (went for the standard double-bedroom -- which was nice and clean).
The treatments were great. Hated the menthol smell 'forced' to inhale at the start and the end of the treatments. Apart from that, .
Pool/Jakusi was quite and pleasant.

Had a fantastic experience. Was a little worried about going to this very posh place to have my hair cut but was pleasantly surprised. Relaxed greeting, friendly staff and my hairdresser followed what I wanted to the letter and gave me the best cut I've had in years. Definitely going back there again soon. Very reasonably priced too.

The overall experience was fantastic and really relaxing. However, a lot of the staff are foreign and don't speak very good english. The few english staff that were at the House made the experience far better as you really felt like you were in a grand country house. The food was good in all of the restaurants and bars, however, hot food was often served relatively "luke warm". On our first night in AG's, the waiter had a personal hygiene problem which was very off-putting. Overall, I think the AG's restaurant is over-priced (whilst the quality of food was excellent, if it is cold, there is no point), however, the menu is extra-ordinary and the ambiance is very relaxed, formal and quiet. On the other hand, the Relaxation restaurant had a much livelier ambiance, the menu was exquisite with something for everyone, the waiters were very friendly and much better value for money!

During the day, my partner and I had a lovely walk round the grounds - spotting a large group of deer, geese and various birds. We then played tennis and a giant game of tennis. We then relaxed in the spa - there is certainly something for everyone! My only complaint about the spa would be that the chlorine was perhaps too strong which made my skin react (I am used to chlorine so this was unusual to me).

Loved the spa, the gym and the food.

A designated area for those waiting for spa treatments would be helpful.

A lovely spa break and massage. Is was a bit busier than I had expected and this resulted in a mix up when therapists were calling people for their treatment… I ended up on one treatment bed then being switched over! No big deal but they should sort their system out to make you feel a bit more special.
