Very disappointed. Booked via Treatwell app yesterday. Got a phone call from salon this morning to say they are closing at 3.30pm (my appointment was booked for 4pm). I asked why was I able to book on Treatwell...the girl from the salon said that the salon's diary and the Treatwell booking system aren't linked! Really poor that this is the case - why don't the salon ensure the Treatwell app actually shows only live appointments? So appointment was cancelled by salon, to late to book anywhere else and going out tonight. I would not recommend this salon or Treatwell to anyone after this experience!
