Welcoming people, lovely ambience, speedy service and - most important - a great blowdry from Karen that lasted for days and totally improved me for a special birthday weekend. I also get my hair cut there regularly, by Malcolm, and would recommend them both.

I saw Karen Twist for my hair consultation. I had a clear idea in mind, it just needed some fine tuning. Karen Twist is quite a character. A little too much for me. I found her rather pushy and felt like she wasn't listening to what I wanted. She told me to book an appointment by emailing the salon. I decided to give her a chance & I emailed the salon last week but I didn't get a reply so I guess I won't be getting my hair cut there!

Very pleased with my recent visit to Hedley Twist. Lovely salon with a garden outside - feels very homely! Veronica was fantastic and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be returning and will recommend to friends. Thank you again Veronica!
