let's see, used to love it but the teacher never properly supervised, and encouraged me as an already very flexible person to be more flexible (the teacher called me 'bendy girl'- my back went in a class. I had no idea that I was that unusually flexible and that it was bad for me to get more flexible. I told triyoga a few times and they were totally uninterested, which I find upsetting considering that I have been disabled and now very restricted in mobility, ability to work, and life by it for 5 years.
I have been back, to the most gentle of classes, and that teacher is very attentive, the class size manageable, lovely and good. Massages I have had have been variable - some really wonderful, some not. Other alternative therapies, (e.g. intuitive), dire. I have had really good experiences of these types of therapies, but not at Triyoga - management don't seem to vet for quality at all or realise there is much more advanced stuff out there - very much the emperor in new clothes.

What Triyoga do not mention to their clients is that the yoga teachers are NOT employed by them but they merely hire the rooms.
Should you suffer from any injuries caused by a teacher don't be tempted to take a lawsuit against them as they'll wash their hands of the teacher and will tell you to sue them directly!!

i don' t intend to sue, but it would have been nice if they had treated my emails to them with a modicum of concern instead of totally ignoring them. I would think they do have some duty of care or tort obligation - they let in large numbers in a class, so they aren't properly supervised.

They may hide under the banner of 'Yoga Studio' but they are first and foremost in the business of hiring out their studios (NEVER forget that) wanting as many people through their doors as possible, cattle herding if you wish. The fact is that they can afford to ignore complaints due to the high volume of clients who are satisfied with the lowest common denominator, whatever that may be.................

The classes are completely overbooked.
You won't have enough space to do the postures properly without hitting your neighbour.
And the teachers don't have time to assist/correct the students, due to there are about 45 students in a room.
I went there three times, at different hours, and it was everytime the same.

A friend & I took our little ones to the Mother & Baby Yoga class. The building is lovely; light & spacious and perfect for harmonious activities. However, I found the class was way too busy for any sort of one to one attention; in fact the instructor barely looked at us once! For almost £15, this was a little steep. But otherwise a great way for new mums to meet eachother, and enjoy tea in the downstairs cafe afterwards.

I used to find it hard to get into a regular exercise routine, but when I discovered Tri Yoga, the calming and down to earth experience of the yoga centre has kept me coming back for over 4 years.
