The staff were very friendly and as we had to wait 35 minutes for the appointment they allowed us use of the spa facilities.

It was a lovely spa and as they were running late (35 minutes) they allowed us use of the spa facilities to compensate. The staff were very friendly and the spa was very clean and calm!

This was my first booking with Wahanda. After I had received the Wahanda booking confirmation I had a call from the spa telling me that this slot is not available not any during the entire weekend. I was surprised about the lack of alignment between the systems. The staff member was very friendly and in the end we found a slot that suited me. When I arrived they told me that they needed a print out of the confirmation which I didn't see in the email. I had to get the print out from the hotel reception which took time away from my 55 minutes facial. The facial was very nice but even though it was called deep cleanse facial the cosmetician didn't extract the skin until I asked her too. She did this but not in a very clean way thus one part get inflamed and looks worse than before. The staff was very friendly and the spa facilities looked great even though I didn't use them as I wasn't made aware before my appointment that this was possible. All in all only an ok experience.

Gosh just had such a great time at this spa. The girl in reception was really nice, made me feel at home, the pool was beautiful blue... wish they had a jacuzzi but the steam room did just fine for me. The icing on the cake was the treatment, they tell me they were voted one of the best massages in London and I can see why. I had the deep tissue with a mini facial on top, not cheap but worth every penny as my skin looked great and my stress was gone. I just didn't want to go home!

Went for the La Sultane Muscle Melt massage. And it was great! The therapist was really friendly and checked at the beginning of the massage if the pressure was alright. The massage was absolute bliss and my back felt great afterwards (it's a full body massage but I asked her to focus more on my back/shoulders/feet which she was happy to do.
Venue is great. Really nice ambiance. I didn't use any other the facilities (pool etc.) since I didn't have time but I'd like to come back to do so. Shame it isn't cheaper though :-P.

Myself and my partner booked ourselves last week, receptionist was really nice, gave us a lot of advice on the best treatments - we had the drift away experience which was a really relaxing massage plus a mini facial - i loved the scented warm shea butter and it was the best massage I've ever had - fell asleep half way through the treatment! I think the nicest thing was that everyone was so friendly and the treatment was so good. The Spa was cozy and warm and we really had a nice time together. They are more of a boutique spa than a big Hotel thing and the only thing I would say is that they could do with some enclosed showers which they told me they are working on, but the space, the pool and the people were lovely and that's exactly what we wanted.

I went with a friend and it was her first time at a spa, albeit a mini one! The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The treatments were a delight and everything ran to schedule. We had a lovely time - my friend was delighted with her first spa experience - and i will certainly be going again.

Many thanks!

Hello,

I went to the Spa a week ago now, on the 15th of June ‘12 which was a Friday. My Girlfriend and i selected a week day to enjoy the spa as we imagined the rest of the world to be at work leaving us to enjoy the day and treatments in some peace.

Before i go on, i will say the Spa is very pleasant, the staff accommodating, and the facilities very clean!

But here is where our experience fell very short of our expectations.

Bearing in mind we booked a spa day for 2, which in my mind is time to be spent in adult bliss having quality time in relaxation together!? (am I wrong?)

So it was very disappointing not to be told in advance of our arrival that there would be a swimming coach there teaching Children for 4 hours of stay rendering the swimming pool completely useless aside the first 30 mins of our arrival.

There was only ONE member of staff performing treatments, which meant, knowing that we'd booked therapy’s that would last a good couple of hours one of us would be left to our devices for at least that amount of time while the other was indulged. In previous Spa Days experienced all treatments happened at the same time. Obviously if you go to spa day for two you do not expect to be hanging out on your own, hence SPA DAY FOR TWO!?

The other short fall arose with the tiny single serving changing rooms, which was absent of a private shower that i would expect to be there bearing in mind we were not staying the hotel and were now coated in massage oils!

The only showers we had access to were in the main spa area, that are there to make sure you are suitably clean before using the pool or to remove sweat after being the sauna and stream rooms!

My girlfriend also felt very awkward when the children which had their lessons were also bath naked in these showers!

This Spa is NOT RECCOMENDED for anyone who is NOT staying in the hotel with use of their own changing faculties and showers provided by their rooms!

I booked in to have a facial with use of the spa facilities for the day. With the Jubilee celebrations I realised after making several different means of transport to get to the spa i was not going to make my appointment. The spa staff were very understanding and accomodating and managed to reschedule my appointment later in the afternoon. The ambience is just right. Very relaxing withe just the right lighting. The staff were very attentive. My therapist was very friendly and walked me through the products she used which would be useful for my skin type. Got tea and chocolates while I relaxed after my treatment as part of the special as well as a £10 voucher to use on their products. Got a very nice eucalyptus oil skin treatment. All in all it was very pleasant and I would definitely go there again.

All the staff were wonderful and the venue was gorgeous (looks exactly like on the images)!

One slight issue is that the pool is used for childrens swimming lessons, which does not make for the most relaxing atmosphere. This is a real shame as the rest of it (treatments, location and venue) were brilliant but it did ruin the mood and we ended up leaving before we might have done otherwise.

Patricia, the therapist was friendly, professional and delivered a very good massage. The spa is a part of a hotel. In the morning there could be more people then the guests. There is a convenient parking next to hotel, as the spa is in Battersea. Very helpful receptionist (Silvia). and there is an offer on food as well -15%

My friend and I really enjoyed our day in this spa. Nice steam room and pool. Big relaxation area but cosy, looking the stars. there are stars in the ceiling! quite cool! with a view to the pool.
Higly recommend the treatments we had, the foot massage and body scub.
We had as much tea as we wanted! (we love tea!)
Will come back for sure.

It was my best massage ever! normally I dont writte reviews but I had to let the world know!
I went to Tres Spa for my friend's hen party. The staff were very good and patient with us! One thing that puts me off in the other spas is the snobish staff, we felt at easy there! they were really nice!
Loved the pool! Sauna a bit small but steam room really big and sleek.
Changing rooms are not great, but the value/quality and the staff friendless makes it only a small detail.

I went to Tres Spa with a group of friends. The Spa is very nice and modern, we all love it. The pool was a bit busy for the first 30 min, but afterwards we were there alone. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We loved our therapist, we had different treatments, but all were happy. I would go again

Well, the address is wrong. It's in the basement of the hotel and designed for it. I booked an Indulgent Spa Day with Hammam, Treatment, Tea and Champagne Truffles - complete rip off for a 25 minutes facial and a small cup of tea and 4 (possibly Thortons ) truffles. There no way you can have a spa day out of it. TINY changing room with tiny lockers. Had to ask for a robe, etc

Venue is quite small and in the basement of an hotel. No problem with that but as a result there are no proper changing rooms but only a toilette and its entrance.
In the Sauna we feelt a bit claustrophobic. Steam room, swimming pool, massage room and relaxing room are ok.

Staff was ok: when booking I was dealing with a very pleasant lady from the reception. Once there there was another less friendly girl who had an annoyed attitude.

The most disappointing fact is that there is no way to dry your hair with an hairdryer (nor to shower before leaving) and we were not notified of this in advance.
The explanation received was that the spa was designed for the hotel guests (but still, somebody could have pointed at an earlier stage that these facilities were not available ....)

Treatments (my friend and I went both for the massage) last effective 20 minutes and not 30.

The spa is designed nicely but all in all quite small, with a swimming pool and 2 saunas as well as a nice relaxation area. Unfortunately there were no suitable shower and changing facilities, it seems to have been created with only hotel guests in mind so I could not wash/dry my hair and I had to lock up in the toilet room to get changed. I made use of the spa facilities for about an hour but don't think there is enough there for a spa day. The massage was very pleasant and well done.

Well if it wasn't for many children having their swimming lessons and being so noisy (you can't really relax at all) and for a VERY small changing room with kids staring at your naked body, this would have been a good experience. My therapist was awesome and the ingredients she has used for my exfoliating treatment left my whole body as soft as a silk.

No separate shower rooms but the very open one in front of the steam room and sauna. Also bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash as there was none..

Toilet is very tiny and only one inside the spa.

All in all I have been to much better spas in London.
