The venue was lovely with really friendly staff. The massage I had was great, my back and right shoulder felt so good afterwards. The Jacuzzi was lovely and hot, so relaxing! Overall a perfect day girls day out.

Did not get to have my spa day. I booked online and received a voucher for a specific day and package. I called the club the day after my online booking and again twice later to be told each time there was no availability. When I called to last minute.com to complain I was put on hold and told I had been booked in for a 5.15 pm slot but no treatments were booked. I had never authorised or was told in advance I was booked in for 5.15 pm. I was left fuming because the voucher specified a particular package including lunch. I have now been told I will not be given a refund by last minute even though I have been flexible and open to a credit voucher that I can use elsewhere. I am disgusted with both last minute and the clubs approach to my complaint. I am continuing to process my complaint in spite of both the club and last minute to redress me appropriately and cannot believe you take money from customers but cannot deliver a service in accordance with it marketing promotional advertisement ( the description of the voucher clearly states body pamper package 9am to 5pm including lunch) or date. I don't understand how a fictitious 5.15 pm booking would cover the description of the package that I paid for in light if the spa's evening opening hours.

Had a lovely afternoon with my daughter. Everything was as described. Staff really helpful when we arrived, spa, pool and changing room spotless. We both opted for the back massage which was very relaxing. The only two things which let the day down was there was only a couple of seats round the pool and spa area and they were taken very early leaving us with no where to rest during the day, we had to robe up and sit in the reception/cafe area. The other let down was our treatments were quite late (5.15) and when finished the rest area was full of empty, dirty coffe/tea cups and an empty drinking water holder so we couldn't have a drink _ something we were advised to do. Unfortunately we could find no staff around to ask. A shame really as everything else was great.

The beauty treatments were done very professionally and discreetly - we both felt very pampered and felt very relaxed afterwards and it was the full two hours. Afterwards we were able to use the relaxation room (comfortable chairs to relax and doze in) with a cup of speciality tea if you wished. Robes and slippers were provided and there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in all the showers. Perhaps the only thing that might have been better was the opportunity to have a hot light meal - but the salad was good. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and respectful. It might have been courteous to tell guests in advance that an aquarobics class would take place between 11-12 (particularly given the music was loud). It didn't affect us - we were able to use other facilities and get lunch. Overall a most enjoyable day and we recommend it to you.

A nice relaxing day. Treatments were good, staff were helpful. Book your treatments well in advance as it's always busy. Good gym. Small area to relax by the pool and sauna.

Whilst the venue and staff were lovely, they gave me the wrong treatment. I wanted the Indian Head massage, but after 5 minutes and oil all over my back and shoulders, I realised the staff hadn't listened to my request. No matter, the regular massage was still nice. The facilities are lovely, except the steam room was cool, not hot which was very disappointing, so we couldn't use it, we also noticed what looked like a plaster at the bottom of the pool which was pretty nasty. Finally the 'lunch' that is part of the treatment is either a wrap, salad or sandwich, which could be likened more to petrol station grub rather than a decent spa lunch. Not exactly a lunch.

The facilities in the Weybridge Health Club and Spa are brilliant. Very clean and looked after swimming pool with a luxurious hydro pool and steam and sauna. We went early in the morning, so it was pretty quiet.
Unfortunately, my mum and I were disappointed with the massage that we received. We both have experience of spa days and have had a range of massages in our time. The one that we received was just OK. The deal I booked for was a 45 minute massage with a 15 minute hand or foot treatment. The masseuse's explained that it would be better to have an hour massage, which will include focussing on a specific area. We agreed to this. Yet, no care was taken with any particular area of the massage. We were also in a joint room and there seemed to be a lot of giggling going on between the two masseuses - not very professional at all.
It is such a pity, as my mum and I did enjoy the day, but there seemed to be a little lack of respect and professionalism with the masseuses on that day. I would hope that this was just a blip, and that more care will be taken in the future.

I booked a spa day for myself and a friend which cost approx £30 each for use of the facilities all day, a glass of wine and a treatment of our choice. We were greeted by friendly staff, given robes, slippers, towels and padlocks for the lockers, and were shown around the spa upon arrival. The facilities were very clean and offered complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers and hair straighteners. We both opted for a massage which was very relaxing. We would definitely visit again.

Very relaxing a expert facial, thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The therapist explained the process and made simple recommendations for improving the overall appearance and condition of my skin.

Dispitie booking via lastminute.com and recieving confirmation i was called by the spa a few days later to be told they are fully booked. This was quickly resolved as i was adamant i will not change my day as i also had a hotel booking that eve. Lovely venue great discreet location with countryside scenic views, lovey friendly staff and beautiful ambience. Treatment rooms comfy and lovely lounge area for post treatment chill out. We visited on a saturday and surprisingly we was plesantly surprised that it wasnt over croweded. Lunch was decent but i think it may benefit from hot lunches especially during the winter. I would visit the spa again 😁

Fab treatment (body pamper package), skin felt amazing for days afterwards after the scrub. Combined with the massage and wow! Lunch was lovely, really nice salads and sandwiches. Lovely chilled atmosphere. Spa facilities are a bit simple as it's more of a health club but the jacuzzi is the best. Great all round :)

We had a lovely day, with a facial each and otherwise just sauna/steamroom/jacuzzi etc. The included lunch was a little small and a little plain but fine (not complaining!) The eating area felt a little chilly to sit in due to the air con, and with a loud TV on which spoilt the ambience a little.
