Sharon is brilliant at sports massage and also scar massage. I have been seeing Sharon for a few years to have sports massage to soothe my sore legs from running. Most recently, I have been seeing Sharon for scar massage following major surgery earlier this year. Sharon has listened to my body’s reactions during scar massage and really helped break down the sensitivity/ scar tissue! Would 100% recommend Sharon 🙂

Sharon is an amazing sports therapist. She is really in tune with your body and knows just where to put the right pressure on to get your body recovering effectively from hard training. She’s also skilled in scar work and has helped my post operation scar recovery. I highly recommend her and the treatments she provides.
I first saw Sharon and Gary around four years ago with a shoulder problem which they helped remedy quickly and easily. For the past two and a half years Sharon has been supporting me following back surgery. The ongoing treatment she has provided has been fundamental in my recovery and is now part of my current wellbeing plan. I can't recommend the team highly enough.
