Myself and four friends bought a deal and we were all pleasantly surprised! We had no problem booking our appointment and it was a really nice experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and our treatments were excellent. We left feeling really pampered and, when we visited the website, I couldn't believe the fantastic deals they have running. You really do get value for money here and the salon is cute and clean and we will all definitely be returning. Thanks girls for a lovely afternoon!
The treatments here are great, as are the prices. During the treatments, the therapist was really friendly, however, customer service in general is pretty bad.
Firstly it is a battle to get an appointment. They rarely answer the phone, don't return messages, and return emails intermittently but don't read them properly. I would normally give up at this, but I had a pre-paid deal so if I didn't get the appointment, it would be wasted. It was increadibly frustrating and I did not feel like my custom was valued in the slightest. When I actually spoke to someone to make an appointment, I was made to feel like I was being a bit of a nuissance - the person on the phone (who did not give her name or acknowledge that any of my emails or previous calls had been received) was impatient sounding even thought I was perfectly pleasant. I asked some questions about the treatment (the sort of info I would expect to be told- how long it lasts, whether I should remove make-up beforehand) and she replied as if they were stupid questions.
The two times I have been, they have been 20 - 45 minutes behind schedule. The first time, I had to rearrange my plans for the evening because I was waiting so long for the treatment. It wasn't a very relaxing experience overall!
It's a shame because the treatments themselves are really good but the whole experience just isn't worth it.
Had a nice pamper package with my friend. Girls are so nice and friendly. Its a cute salon and very affordable, would go back again.
What a great deal - went with four friends on a groupon offer where we picked 3 treatments for £20 and we were all blown away. Fantastic little salon with great staff! The sunbeds are out of this world so hi tech! We were all really impressed with all our treatments and would highly recommend. Not the easiest place to find so make sure you check before you head out.
I use this salon for sunbeds! Its very clean, trendy and professional with fantastic state of the art sunbeds with vibration plates. Would definately recommend these sunbeds. They also do great deals on creams and minute packages. Great place to tan.
