The spa was really gorgeous, felt very luxurious and the treatment was wonderful. The price of the treatment was expensive but the surroundings and quality of the treatment made up for it

I have been to the Dolphin Spa 3 times now and it is lovely! I feel the 3rd time I went I was a little disappointed as it was quite rushed and there were a couple of mix ups with the treatments, therefore not as relaxing. Still a great day and a great treat.

So much to say! I booked the marrakech spa ritual for myself and husband for an anniversary treat as we loved the morrocan spa we had on holiday in marrakech. After purchasing the voucher I called the spa to book and spoke to Vanessa who was just lovely and polite and very helpful and said she would be there on the day.
On arrival it was very easy, we got there a little early to make sure we had time to use the steam room before the hammam as they give you a tour first. But they plan all the slots so you do things in the right order, we used the steam room first, then hammam, then relaxation room, massage and then tea before shower (wash my hair) and changing to leave.
When we got to the steam room there was a small group of ladies in there (Vanessa already mentioned this group when I called to book so that was nice that it wasn't a surprise) so we waited in the tepidarium next door for a few minutes. When our spa mentor came in to check on us I asked that if we didn't get to use the steam room before the hammam if we could use it after and would there be enough time for a shower before our massage. She understood and was very nice about it. She went to check and came back saying it was no problem and we could have 15 minutes for it.
Overall we spent a good couple of hours on the whole thing and all the staff were just lovely from reception to hammam (Grace was professional and personable and friendly which is important when it's so hands on with the soap application and scrubbing! She was very nice to me and my husband and explained the ritual to us a little at the start) to the massage therapist (I had Melissa who was also very professional and sweet. When I discussed the massage afterwards with my husband he said his therapist was also very good and they both seemed to use the same routine and technique which was reassuring that they were well trained and we had a good massage) to the other staff we encountered in the changing rooms and relaxation room.

There was jugs of water everywhere to help yourself which is handy as you can feel a little dehydrated after the steam room and also at the end they brought us tea and Moroccan sweets and nuts which was a lovely touch and much needed as we were relaxed but did feel the need for an energy and sugar boost which the lady said it would help.

The changing rooms and showers were all clean, all shower products provided. Plenty of towels, hairdryer. You really do just need to bring swimwear (and my makeup)

It was very serene and peaceful feeling. I don't remember seeing a clock so time just went by as we enjoyed it. We loved the decorations and ambience.

Just to comment on a few things other people mentioned like about the kesse mitts, I actually had a look and am pretty sure it was brand new, I think it's more that they are trying to be professional in having the hammam all set up before you go in and they don't have to unpack them out of plastic packets, also I wasn't really bothered about taking it home as the spa experience was good enough. Someone mentioned the music but I only heard very soft instrumental the whole time in all areas of the spa.

You really get the feeling of privacy as the spa was not crowded. We only saw 2 other groups of people. I think they really space out the slots for that reason. Also all the rooms are not very big which I preferred so I guess there is only ever room for a few people at a time.
I know that we will definitely go back there again. Not too soon though as it was a little pricey but for what it was I would say it was worth it. Better than risking it somewhere cheaper as I hate bad service. We really feel like we found a little gem hidden away in London and I hope it will be the same great experience the next time we visit. Perfect for couples.

I had a wonderful experience at the Dolphin Square Spa. I very much enjoyed the long massage that I got at the end which was absolutely amazing. The rhassoul treatment was very nice too but because I have got already a dry skin I won't have it again. Apart from that it was like being in Morocco for few hours in central London and it was great!

Loved the hammam treatment. It's a great one to leave you with silky smooth skin and the eucalyptus black soap is amazing.

Stick around afterwards in the relaxation room and they bring you mint tea and fruit/nut snacks.

Very clean spa with great facilities.

Excellent relaxing venue, highly recommended. The areas that you can relax in pre and post treatment take away the rushed in-and-out feel that many places have.

The decor in this spa is beautiful, and there's a lot of attention to detail. I've been about 4 times as I'm a member at the Dolphin Square gym. However, I've been more and more disappointed each time. Today, I booked an appointment with an extra half hour before to use the facilities. I put my swimming gear on and was ushered straight to the Lounge. When I asked if I could use the steam room I was told that it would cost me an extra £20. Having spent £184 on a full massage and facial treatment and a pedicure, I told them that was ridiculous. This was at 11am in the morning and little evidence of anyone else at the spa! My therapist was late for my massage and therefore rushed and it was pretty difficult to relax. The pedicure was OK, and the therapist friendly enough but it wasn't the best pedicure even though it cost £20 more than the nail spa down the road.

This is a beautiful spa with a lovely atmosphere with Arabian decor. The staff was very friendly, there was no waiting time and treatment (eyelash tint) was well done. I will certainly return.

I absolutely love going for a hammam and that lovely clean feeling you get after a really good scrub! But unfortunately, it's entirely down to the therapist you get. My therapist did a pretty lame job and I didn't see any of that satisfying dead skin come off... even with a voucher it's not cheap so I was super disappointed even though the atmosphere there is lovely.

The ambience & spa decoration was super, the facilities were great there too, all that we needed.
However was a little disappointed with the treatments, as I thought both treatments would involve lying down while a therapist cleanses & relaxes us. The first treatment was a soother & scrub, where it was applied by a therapist, but the second treatment we had to apply the clay on ourselves, sit it a steam room & wait.
Overall it was a lovely experience, money wise, it was not so worth it.

It was awesome - very relaxin. Beautiful venue and staff were incredibly nice. Loved the Marrakech spa ritual. Would love to go back there, except that it's quite pricy.
