Loved our visit and great value for money. The treatment was excellent and we enjoyed the spa facilities too. Reception was understaffed in the morning.
My weekend was all about resting and catching up with some well earned sleep but unfortunately the fire alarm decided to go of at 12 midnight then 12.20am also 1am in the morning not happy what so ever if I hadn’t if had a drink I would of drove home
Booked last minute but lady on reception tried to accommodate all our requests for treatments. Staff were doing some training that day so got the feeling things weren’t running quite as smoothly but didn’t affect our experience. Afternoon tea was lovely.
Had an amazing time for a spa break for me and my Husband - 23-24th June. Hotel was lovely, clean and grounds were lovely (apart from having bad weather) Hotel staff very friendly especially Leigh in the restaurant.
Spa was lovely and just what we needed, I had 2 treatments by Sophie and she was absolutely amazing!! the only downside was the air con in the Spa was on heat and by Monday temp had increased in general and I felt sorry for the poor staff having to work in it, but it was being looked into I believe.
The food and service I could not fault at all and would definitely return and is outstanding value for money.
The only fault I have got and this is trivial, is that we had to ask about the prosecco included in the package and we were told that we should have been asked this when we arrived/checked into the hotel and we enjoyed this with our evening meal.
Amazing - 5***** Thank for a wonderful experience.
