Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was good and the room and added extras were good value. Few too many kids in the pool/spa area so very noisy and busy though

We had the girls night out package and it was amazing value for money. Staff couldn't do more for us! Only downside was that there were not enough loungers in the 'relaxation area' in the spa... Towels were in place of people when not in use!

Very Enjoyable experience. Staff friendly. Best massage I've ever had. The facial was really relaxing. Lunch was healthy and really yummy.

Lovely treatment however wouldn't call this a spa day. No atmosphere over 20 kids in the pool when we arrived although on paperwork I it said 18yrs plus?? This is not mentioned anywhere in the information. I'd say it was more of a swimming pool with a small jacuzzi and steam room nothing special. For afternoon tea I was told by a friend who worked there that you can have it on poolside but we got told no to either go and sit in the reception where it was absolutely freezing or basically sit outside in our cold swimming kit with a towel and eat it whilst people were gettig married, not the best?Got this or my friends 30th and we both didn't enjoy it at all and left at 1.30pm Wouldn't recommend the park hotel to anyone else.

A fabulous spa day enjoyed with my lovely sister. Not at all sure why its called the Twilight Package though, and the hotel staff were a bit baffled about this, and told us to turn up any time after 10 a.m.

Kitchen staff were very obliging and provided our "afternoon tea" at 12.30, after we had enjoyed our treatments - a delicious back massage for me, and a facial "the best I've ever had" for my sister. Our therapists were very talented and professional. We both felt we were in reliable and caring hands.

The only very slight disappointment was the service provided with the tea - we had to ask for our pot of tea, and were then brought a mug of tea each! Also had to ask for spoons, napkins etc as they were not on brought to us by the waiter.
The food itself was delicious and plenty of it.

Spa facilities were lovely and clean and because it was a warm day, we were able to go outside and relax in the beautiful gardens. I think there was a waterfall feature which was supposed to flow into the ornamental pond but not working so there was a stagnant water smell to contend with, but this did not detract from a fantastic day.

We have pledged to make Kettering Park Hotel and Spa a regular treat. Its a real gem.

We were told it was a relaxing spa experience, so you can imagine the sheer annoyance when we turned up and found children in and around the pool and spa area which ment no relaxation! The treatments were not great Infact I think I could do a better job, we were not aloud robes which seemed mad as it was a "spa" and we had to change into clothes for lunch. Thank god it was sunny so we could sit outside for the rest of the day as who would want to get back in a soggy swimmer! The lunch was the best bit bit would not return or recommend to anyone. Very disappointing as it wasn't cheap and more importantly it was for a present for a heavily pregnant friend. Not good
