I've been to this spa several times for half spa days and can not fault it. It is always clean, lovely facilities, big enough for personal space when others are around, small enough to feel intimate. Gorgeous approach and surroundings.

The dry floatation is AMAZING, really recommend!

I went here for an underarm and full leg wax.

The spa itself looked lovely and nicely presented. The room I was in for the waxing was clean, warm and peaceful.

The therapist was friendly and chatty. The waxing treatment itself was good. The therapist was fast and effective. The underarm wax was very effective and removed all the hair and I've noticed far less regrowth. The leg wax wasn't quite as good - there were still some patches of long hair left which could probably have been taken off if the therapist was more thorough.

Overall I'd probably go back here again - as it was relaxing (even for a wax!) and good value for money.

Lovely afternoon with hubby. Did not see much staff to make sure we were ok and from past experience i thought they will start packing up early and stop the refreshments etc, but not this time. Much improved, lovely surroundings, would go again. The mud experience was relaxing and great for the skin. The only downside was, for 40 minutes, I would want to lie down not sit up and keep slipping.

I went with a friend for a Rasul treatment one afternoon in September. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given lovely fluffy, white robes and slippers and a tour of the facilities. the facilities are quite small and compacy but lovely all the same and as long as you don't mind there not being a swimming pool they have everything else. We even had the place to ourselves. We didn't realise that the mud treatment was to be applied by ourselves so i would say the description is a bit ambiguous, but we still really enjoyed it and was amazed the next day when all my clothing felt loose and my skin was really smooth. The only negatives were when we went back to the relaxation room out old coffee cups hadn't been tidied away and it would have been nice if the therapist had come back and checked on us after the treatment. Also as it was at the beginning of September a group of students were being shown around as we were in the steam room and a few of them became a bit giggly and silly. I appreciate they were probably new students but do think the tutor with them should have told them that the facilities were being used and to be professional. It did feel a bit like a gold fish bowl when they were there. Overall a lovely experience although I don't think the treatment would be worth the full price advertised; however I'd definitely go back if there was another offer on!

We had a lovely relaxing afternoon at The Spa at Henley in Arden. The staff were friendly, the facilities were lovely and it was great that towels, robes and slippers were provided free of charge. The rasul mud treatment was very relaxing and after a free cup of tea, we fell asleep in the relaxation room! All in all, one of the best £15 I have spent!

The spa facilities could have been cleaner - there were cobwebs in the rasul chamber and the towels in the lockers were dirty.
The lunch, however was lovely and the aroma room very relaxing. The spa room could have benefitted from a pool, but the jacuzzi was deep and hot.
The rasul treatment was disappointing, although we didn't really know what to expect, should have booked in for something which required a little more "pampering"!

i went on this spa day with a friend, was easy to find and set in beautiful surroundings, building was lovely inside, clean & fresh, facilities were lovely but i did miss them not having a pool, we had mud treatment & it was fab, thoroughly enjoyed the day, would recommend this venue if your looking for peace & quiet.

Nice location and pleasant staff. Unfortunately on the day that we were there, they were preparing for an evening event and the staff kept on coming in and out of the relaxation room, moving furniture around. Not very relaxing! But I'm sure it's fine on any other day. The Rasul treatment was good.

The location and facilities were excellent. There was a comfortable and relaxing lounge area for you to enjoy complimentary teas and coffees and a place to either read or chat. The spa area was very clean and an excellent 'pre-treatment' to our rasul; we were very lucky when we went as it was quiet so we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms all to ourselves! The rasul treatment was amazing and my skin was glowing and soft. Both my boyfriend and I felt refreshed and regenerated. The only downside is that there was not a cold drinking water dispenser inside the rasul treatment room, this meant you had to shower and walk out of the room to refill your water cup. You could take a water bottle in with you but that warmed up in the heat. Nevertheless, an excellent spa and treatment and it has unisex facilities so great for couples!

Lovely location and impressive approach, we were greeted in a very friendly professionsal manner, the changing rooms were quite small , the downside was the 2 toilets to change in if you wanted to undress in privacy. The robes and towels were lovely and fluffy, the facilities were lovely also the relaxing lounge supplied tea and coffee. The treatments we had very nice and left our skin feeling lovely and soft. We would deffinately come again and also recommend it to our friends.

Setting and facilities were great, Would be absolutely 10/10 if they had a swimming pool. The aroma room seats needed to be a bit bigger and angled back so you could recline and relax a bit more. The relaxation room with tea and coffee was very nice.

We shared the Rasul treatment, it was very good and with the Wahanda voucher very good valuue. My skin felt really good afterwards and I felt relaxed. The staff were friendly and professional and very busy, so we didn't get to talk to them much but they made sure we understood what we needed to do. Lunch was enjoyable - I had the fish platter and my friend the meat platter. They were freshly prepared and very tasty. I would recommend The Spa.

The house and grounds are lovely and I found the ambiance very relaxing.
The staff were professional and friendly. The Rasul treatment is was great and a good experience to share, the staff explain everything thoroughly and leave you to enjoy. It was relaxing and fun and would definitely do it again.
The facilites overall were quite good, the changing rooms are nice with large showers and good courtesy products. The relaxation room was very cosy with comfy chairs and blankets, complimentary hot drinks and lovely views of the grounds.
The down side was that the spa area is looking a bit tired and the two hydrotherapy shower boooths were out of action. I also found the sauna and steam room a bit on the cool side though I remained hot as a result of the Rasul Spa which I have to say worked very well.

I visited the spa in April 2011. It was absolutely beautiful! The building and decor were fantastic, and the therapists were very welcoming and accomdating, i have a disability so this is very important to me! I was shown around all the spa and i've booked to go back for a day spa because i loved it that much! The treatment its self was a luxury self indulgant one to say the least! I would strongly reccommend everybody to visit as you will have a wonderful time!

The spa is extrememley relaxing and clean. my boyfriend and i went for a 3 hour session. We virtually had the whole spa to ourselves which was amazing!! Everyone was really friendly and we had an extremly relaxing experience. Stratford upon avon is only a 10 minute drive away, so we spent the morning there. all in all a lovely lovely day, enjoyed by us both.

I visited the Spa at Henley for our wedding anniversary. We were promptly received and shown the facilities. The first thing that struck me was that it was so quiet, clean and peaceful.
We had our Rasul treatment right towards the end of the day and finished off in the jacuzzi.
I slept like a log that night and suffice to stay, my skin is still feeling supersoft even after a week...now that's something! - highly recommended.

This spa was a lovely experience. We went for a 3-hour stay with a Rasul mud treatment for two, and we both thorouhly enjoyed it. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and professional, as are the staff, and everything is caefully explained to you so that you get the best out of your stay. The facilities at the spa were lovely, with a very relaxing ambience. I particularly liked the aromatherapy room as the scent used was gorgeous, and the jets in the whirlpool spa give a fantastic massage. The Rasul mud treatment was great fun and a new experience for my husband, who was sceptical at first but then thoroughly enjoyed it. The relaxation room is light and spacious and the loungers are so comfy. Changing rooms are well equipped with good size lockers. The spa was very quiet as we went on a week day, making this an even more relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone, and if another offer comes up, I'll be one of the first to buy it.
