Really polite staff, nice and clean facilities, great treatments and a fab view!
I took my sister to this spa for a birthday treat and it couldn't have been better. We were warmly received, the changing rooms were well equipped and spotless, and we had the place virtually to ourselves. Our treatments were in a double room with a great vista of London before us. Afterwards we enjoyed tea in side by side relaxation rooms with sliding panel enabling us to chat. The staff were very thoughtful. We sipped champagne, or Sauvignon Blanc in my case, with another outlook on the city. We both really enjoyed the relaxation this spa day afforded us.
My massage was a birthday treat and it was amazing. As soon as we arrived, it was first class. The spa was gorgeous as were the facilities. My massage therapist was thorough and I felt very relaxed. Afterwards in the "chill out area" I was brought a special birthday platter which was such a special touch.

It was a very lovely experience, the therapist was very attentive to my pregnancy body and feel well look after. The environment is very calming, clean and bright.
