Great facilities. Some noise from some other guests disturbed the ambience a bit but otherwise it was great.
My partner and I celebrate our anniversary here and absolutely loved every bit of it! The Spa is not too big, but it wasn’t busy and quite cosy. One thing we would have liked, is if the sauna would have been a bit hotter, but no big deal. The massage was great and professional, food was absolutely delicious and the overall service of staff was very pleasant and attentive. The rooms were also a very lovely modern design. We will definitely come back again and recommend to friends and family.
I had a relaxing few hours at the spa but as some other customers have mentioned, it is very small indeed with only two heated beds - this means there’s nowhere to really sit especially if there’s more than a few people in there.The sauna and sanarium were lovely, relaxing and clean but the steam room wasn’t that...steamy. The hydrotherapy pool was lovely but the basins and experience showers could do with a tidy up. However I did think it was good value and I did leave feeling chilled.
Pros: Nice location, friendly accommodating staff, nice sauna and heated lounge chair, jacuzzi was good.
Cons: We did mot get any bathrobe as the staff said they don't have anymore delivered/problem with laundry. However 2 people came after us but they were able to get a bathrobe. The steam room floor was not so clean, I had to use the hose in there to clean in a bit. Overall, was an ok experience but things can be improved.
