I went to the spa with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed the day. The venue was lovely and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Little touches like the chocolate in the pocket of the robe and the availability of tea/coffee made a real difference. Although it was a Saturday, the spa wasn't too busy and there was plenty of room in the pool and jacuzzi. The massage was excellent. The whole experience was relaxing and very good value for money.

This is definitely worth a visit. This is a lovely spa set in lovely surroundings, the staff were very friendly and I would recommend this to a friend or would be a great gift.

We really enjoyed the secret spa, worth every penny. It was my Nana's first ever time at a spa and she loved it! The treatment was so relaxing, the girls were really friendly and the place was really clean. The only down side would be the lack of food options available but we went for lunch in Alnwick which was lovely. I would book to go again, we're looking forward to our next visit!

really lovely day, excellcent value for money would recommend to any age. facillities were excellent not too many people there so want really crammed in the jacuzzi areas or steam room also over 16 only so no kids!!

Had a wonderful day, excellent value for money. Will want to go back here again. Had a lovely relaxing day with friends. We were made to feel welcome, we used many of the facilities (I didn't use the gym as just wanted to relax), a real treat. Thank you.
