Every treatment with every therapist (each of the 3 times I've been it's always been someone different) has been amazing. No other spa venue in the area comes close in terms of quality of the massage. If like me, you're very active and really need someone to get in there, but you want a cosy and relaxing vibe at the same time- this is your place! Afternoon tea is from the Running Fox, with quality food, big portions and decent veggie options. The best value day spa around here by far.
