My daughter and I had a lovely day. The venue is in a wonderful place. We spent the morning cycling (the bikes were rather old and worn) around Great Windsor park. Our treatments were great. Lunch was delicious. We then spent the afternoon relaxing round the pool, unfortunately there are not many beds. Must say it all looked a little tired but we did have a great day.

The hotel is a beautiful, grand building but the staff are very laid back and welcoming. The spa was lovely and quiet and the pool was gorgeous. Could have done with a few more spaces to relax and just sit and drink coffee in the spa area. I had a neck, shoulder and back massage which I think was the best massage I've had so far. The masseur was lovely but very professional and I was walking on the clouds by the end of it! Because of the lovely weather, we had lunch on the terrace outside which was really special, and our three course meal in the evening was excellent too. The hotel is a stone's throw by foot to Windsor Great Park so there are some lovely strolls through the deer park to be had too. Honestly, I couldn't find fault with this place - hugely relaxing.

The main hotel was a bit tired, but they might be having a refurb.
The spa had no paper knickers, or plastic shower caps.
The relaxation area had nice gaming chairs, but one was ripped and tatty.
The food for lunch was bland, and the caeser salad had no parmesan cheese at all, and when asked the waiter looked as if he had never heard of it, and then discovered they never had it anyway.

I would recommend the one night package which included dinner, breakfast, spa, and treatment. It was really good value for money!

Great value for money! The spa is quite small and can get quite busy but it is what it is. The dinner was really nice, so was the breakfast which was included in the package. Lunch wasn't included in our package so we had to eat at the restaurant which was stupidly expensive for a very very basic sandwich. If you want to save a few extra pennies bring your own lunch. But all in all, great deal!

Overall the experience was good - the bar staff weren't very attentive, and the service was really very slow - not only did they take nearly 10 minutes to serve us when there was no queue, but it then took an hour to bring out the afternoon tea we'd ordered (so sandwiches and some cream cakes). Luckily, the restaurant was quite the opposite - the food qas delicious, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive - they were constantly checking everything was ok, and were very eager to offer extra bread, water, etc, as well as being generally very friendly. The spa was pleasant, however the jacuzzi wasn't functional for most of the time were were there - and when it was, it was incredibly difficult to get into, as it could only seat 4 people. The treatments were great - although they did mix up our Hot Stone Massage for a Full Body Massage (we think this might have been for the best, as the Full Body Massage was great...although we don't know how good the Hot Stone Massage might have been!), and the 'Relaxation Room' was very chilled. We didn't use the gym while we were there, but it looked well-kitted and clean.

Beautiful setting and a lovely venue. Truly relaxing. We had lunch served with incredible sweet potato fries and a bottle of proSseco. Spa treatments were excellent and we looked fab after our facials. Dinner was excellent with so much choice and beautifulay presented too.
All the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. We had a lovely breakfast and then used the spa again till lunchtime when unfortunately we had to leave to do the school run! A wonderful time with wonderful friends. Couldn't fault it x we are looking out for a deal to return soon!

Day was marvellous, masseuses super. Only downside was the manageress coming into the relaxation room and turning the lights on and making a fuss every so often.

I went to the spa with my mum as a present and it was very nice. It was good value for money and we had a good day. We had a little trouble finding the place but once we got there, the staff were friendly and made us welcome. The massage was lovely and the facilities good for what we needed. It wasn't too busy and the changing facilties are ok. The afternoon tea was very tastely and paying £5 extra for champagne was fine. I would recommend.

Our stay and experience was absolutely perfect. A couple note for the hotel and spa would be that we were not given robes before our treatment so had to spend time in the relaxation room in our clothes and shoes. The other is the condition the 'bikes for hire' are in pretty poor condition - worn handle bars and inadequate brakes.

However I want to stress that in scheme or how wonderful everything else was these were really minor problems and didn't affect what a lovely time we had. In particular our dinner in the library - the atmosphere was lovely and the staff amazing - Valentino and Ellie were both lovely. The food was glorious, everything was cooked to perfection.
Our massages were lovely - very relaxing.
All the staff were pleasant, and the maintence man who looks after the bikes did his best to make them as suitable as possible for us.
Location is lovely, room and bathroom were clean - we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely reccomend.
