Lack of a pool was an issue and it was soooo expensive

Over all an enjoyable spa day out the treatments were excellent but we missed out on the prosecco and mince pie extras as their was no one at the reception desk after we'd had our treatments.
VERY disappointing. The Randolph does a 4 hour spa package but it does not have a spa. There are some sauna and steam rooms but for a 4 hour experience you can do that for up to half an hour plus a 25 min treatment but this leaves 3 hours of sitting in the open reception area with anyone wandering thru as you sit in your robe. Not ideal or relaxing. Not the spa experience I hoped for on booking... and the staff readily agreed. The bright spot were the staff who tried to make it a better experien
Great massage, adjusted pressure to suit you. Nice little spa but not extensive.
