Lovely location. Relaxing atmosphere and amazing food. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The Spa was warm and the staff at reception very welcoming, later in the afternoon there was only 1 person working covering both the desk and the bar which meant there was a delay in getting drinks
The pool and Jacuzzi were quite chilly, which was a shame, the hot-tub was great - so we took advantage. Overall a great experience with lovely helpful staff who worked very hard.
The Indian Head massage was actually a head, neck and shoulder massage which whilst not quite as described was wonderful
The swimming pool was out of action when we were there, and there were quite a few spider webs in our hotel room, but our treatments were excellent and the staff were lovely and we enjoyed the trip.
The spa and pool facilities are in real need of an overhaul; it did not feel like a luxury experience. The staff were not very approachable or friendly and were hard to locate at most times. The massage was good, however.
