Been seeing Adam once a month for the last six months or so. General maintenance and preventive type stuff. Having suffered with a bad back on and off for years and being fairly active, I can say that seeing Adam has helped. Knowledgable and friendly guy. I have already and will continue to recommend him to friends.
I always go see Adam if I have any niggling pains, he's full of knowledge and will go above and beyond to get me back to full strength.
There are a lot of sports and deep tissue massage practitioners offering sessions in London. I was exceptionally lucky to find Adam who was and continues to be the right person in the right place at the right time. I felt so much benefit from the first visit, and was able to get so much more out of my daily routines as well as a better rest at night. It is helpful that there is a comfortable, clean, friendly, accessible location near me, and booking is made very easy by phone, what's app, email.
Adams massage was a fantastic all body experience, he’s gained the nick name magic fingers, as his ability to unknot and relax the muscles is legendary.
