The staff were extremely welcoming from start to finish! The spa facilities and pool were great - not crowded at all. Really loved the treatments too
We booked this spa day for two with my husband and it definitely exceeded our expectations. finding the place was a bit tricky to start but once there we felt completely wound down, ready to enjoy the day. We were welcomed with two complementary tote bags and towels and gown. We used the spa facilities before start and we were impressed by the setting. Once it was time for the massage the staff explained everything clearly and we certainly enjoyed the treatment. All in all a great experience. The one thing to add is that the kitchen closed in the afternoon and the cafe options weren't too appealing, so maybe one to consider for people coming out of a spa day who fancy a healthy snack.

My husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed our time here! My husband raved so much he has asked if we can go back this weekend. Really great value for money too.
Birthday treat for my friend we both had an amazing time, relaxed, staff was friendly. We Will do it again.
