Fantastic relaxing time to celebrate my partners 50th.
Couldn't fault anything and the massage was particularly good.
Food & Staff all first class.

We arrived an hour early but we were able to go straight to our room. We ended up in an executive suite which was lovely. The gentleman on reception (think it was Thom??) was extremely helpful. We checked out our room then went straight to the Spa. We were offered complimentary coffee whilst we completed out questionnaire. Spa was lovely. We had booked a facial and back massage which was included in our package - Amazing!!! The young girls are a credit to the Hilton, Jess carried out my facial. My husband could not remember the other girl's name, typical! he thought he had died and gone to heaven though! My facial was soooooo good. We had a lovely 3 course meal in the evening with our package. A great evening. Brilliant breakfast. We then used the Spa and had a lovely swim before we went home. We would definitely go back. Next time I am having a facial and a back massage.

The hotel is large, modern and clean and much is dedicated to English football, being a big fan I found this very enjoyable and having a large picture of a certain David Beckham in my room was a great start. There are pictures and displays dotted around the hotel which gives it a bit of an individual feel. Despite there being a prom party on the evening, our room was blissfully quiet and the room was also very, very comfortable, especially the bed. Had a very good sleep and I'm usually a poor sleeper.
The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious, could not find fault in any of it.
Leaving the best till last, I had a facial in the Spa which was heaven. Lucy was lovely and I can honestly say it was definitely the best facial I've had (and I've had a few!)
I am definitely going to treat myself and go again, it was an absolute treat.

Great value spa break that included a treatment, dinner bed and breakfast. Reception were very helpful on checking in and the staff in the spa were great. Very welcoming and explained the treatment and made you feel relaxed. Picking your own scent and theme at the beginning is a nice personal touch. Rooms are all very new and the football connection will keep man friends entertained. Breakfast was amazing - so many options and loads of healthy things as well as cooked breakfast. At dinner we waited quite a while between starters and main but really a very minor thing in what was overall a great relaxing break. Have already recommended to a colleague!

Slick and intimate spa with extra special touches such as the scent selection. Wonderful treatment facilities and the therapists are lovely. The Comfort and Harmony spa day is excellent value for money and includes a delicious light lunch.

The spa experience was very good. They ask you to choose one oil out of 4 and then scent your locker with it. Then you go to it and get ready. The products used are Comfort Zone. I had the Repair and Protect facial and my thread veins have disappeared apart from one. Very impressed with that. The hotel is modern and comfortable. We had £25 to put towards the a la carte or we could eat off the other menu for free with u.do offer. The spa has lovely sauna and steam room tropical and cold rain shower and ice to rub over one and foot spa wells. The pool has an inset jacuzzi. The pool could be bigger but good temperature. The facial included cream on the feet too and on the arms. Very relaxing. It was 55 minutes long. The spa has a coffee lounge.
