I have been coming for Casi facial here for quite some time now. The treatment room has been redecorated recently. The mirror is absolutely stunning! Rebecca is excellent!

Had a wonderful experience at the Salon, My massage was fantastic and the therapist who performed the treatment made me feel relaxed and welcome.
I also had nail enhancements and they were fantastic! not many places do nails like that, they use the white acrylic to sculpt the French manicure instead of using the white tips or terrible spray on you get elsewhere! really impressed and reasonable prices ! will be back :-)

I had a Spa pedicure which was OK I'm not sure it was any better than I could have done myself but I went to keep a friend company as she had got a voucher for a pedicure for her birthday. As they were short staffed we had to have our pedicures in the main reception area rather than a treatment room. Their choose of nail polish was limited, that said the foot massage was lovely.
This is more of a salon than a Spa, it cheap and cheerful if you expect a salon experience you won't be disappointed.

I decided to give this salon a go purely on the fact that they were £5.00 cheaper, and it looked alright from the outside. I was booked for full leg wax. I was taken to a room upstairs. It was so filthy I was having second thoughts about taking my shoes off and walking barefeet. The person who waxed my legs was not experienced I think, as even I know that when you put a strip on the wax you have to push down towards the skin! She would just pull and the result was that most of my hairs didn't come out from the root. She used only 4 (yes four) strips for both legs and thighs, Which meant there was an overload of wax on them and in the end one stuck to my thigh and I was left with a bad bruise. I cannot believe how low the level of professionalism was. I regret choosing them, maybe they are good for nails and other services but for waxing it is the worst experience I've ever had. I will never go back and won't be giving good reviews to friends.

Day Spa???
This is no more of a day spa than Macdonald's is a fine dining restaurant!

Think a room with a couple of tea lights and a few strategically placed Buddhas above a tanning/nail salon. And the staff look about as unhappy to be there as you are.

As others have mentioned, the treatment I got over the phone when booking the 'mini pedicure' and leg wax was frosty and abrupt, and when arriving at the 'spa' it was hardly better.

The mini pedicure, as described by the website, includes a lower leg and foot massage and foot and nail treatment. Granted I didn't expect as much from the mini one as the full pedicure, but I was expecting more than someone roughly filing then painting my toe nails. something I could easily achieve myself in the comfort of my own home (and probably to a better standard - especially as they asked me to pick a varnish colour from a big box of nail varnishes in a dark room so I did not end up with the colour I was expecting!)

As for the leg wax...what can I say, she left large patches of hair on both me and my friends legs, and when we pointed this out we simply were told 'well I can't see any' before she packed up the waxing stuff. (We are both blonde and we were in a dark 'therapy' room so of course she couldn't see any. The fact that we could feel the large strips of our legs had been totally left out clearly didn't matter to her as it was nearly the end of the day and seemed to be in a rush to get home.)

In short, don't waste your time.

I would have seen better results if I had done it myself.
