We got there early there was no where to sit no one greeted us, a lady standing there pushing a buggy then another lady came over asked us are we there for a cut she then put an apron over my daughter told her to stand up and snipped her hair I asked her could she tidy up my daughter's hair to blend in her fringe she just ignored me. Once my daughter got to see herself in the mirror she cried hated her haircut

Wouldn’t recommend. I booked a perm as advertised & called ahead of time to confirm it was okay to do so. When I arrived she turned me away saying she “doesn’t do perms” and gave xyz excuses. An absolute waste of time and no care for customer service
