This was a gift from my children I had many treatments before and I was impressed by the facial though upset that she allowed me to walk out with mascara on my cheeks and moisturiser blobs in different places on my face that were visible to anyone I walked past. The pedicure was nice, but not the luxury pedicure I paid for. There was no exfoliation of my feet and no leg massage as described in the treatment overview. The staff were very nice and I was only informed I could use the spa facilities on the way out and not when I booked, so a bit pointless!

The trip to this spa particulary was the best experience.Me and my partner bought the spa retreat offer buy one get one free for just 100 pounds which included a light lunch,1 hour signature Full body massage and the whole day to enjoy the spa facilities. We were greeted at the reception by a woman, who took us up stairs for lunch. After our lunch we returned down stairs to collect our fluffy towels, slippers and robe. Also our locker keys for our stuff. We got changed and awaited our massage. My massage therapist introduced herself and asked how much pressure I would like my massage. The room was filled with the smell of aroma oils and music to send you to relaxation heaven.she used creams that sunk into my skin and when it was finished my whole skin felt smooth and a lovely glow. She gave me a cup of water and said I can enjoy the rest of the spa. We got to walk around the whole spa with the robes on and slippers.Me and partner got changed into our swimwear and went to the pool area. There are two sauna's the Kelo sauna and the bio sauna.and a steam room which were around the pool.this was excellent because after you got into the heat you can just cool off in the pool that was nice and small so you can relax. We went on a wednesday so it was nice and calm. We arrived.at the spa at 1:30pm and left at 7:00pm this was a top spa place and we will defdefinitely be coming back special offer or no special offer.Even though we live in london. We Loved it.

The venue was lovely, and the choice for lunch was fantastic! Staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool is a little on the small side and we were kept waiting for our treatment for a little while without anyone telling us why. Also, the rasul treatment doesn't involve a therapist (hence my rating on value for money)- you have to smear the mud on each other, so make sure that you are very comfortable with the person you go with!
Overall a lovely day in a great setting, but I would have preferred a 30 minute massage instead!

The spa itself when we got there was OK, I must admit though I have been to better for a similar cost. The issue I had was around booking. It took me around 15 phone calls to get booked in, between getting cut off and not being called back when leaving messages the whole booking process was painful. When I did get through to book I was told that lunch was included on our package. I had already complained to the manager about the 15 phone calls, she decided to email me back to apologise once again and dropped into the conversation that lunch wasn't included, this was a bit strange when I had discussed it at length and booked a time. My theory is a receptionist made a mistake and rather than admit it they just chose to deny all knowledge. My complaint to more senior management about my whole experience resulted in be being called a liar - they made me feel like I was just after something free - which I wasn't I just wanted someone to say sorry we made a mistake and we apologise. We did get given some free tester products and the reception staff and therapists were delightful but the whole experience was ruined by the management and poor booking experience. I would not go back and would not suggest it to any of my friends and family - in fact I have already deterred a few.

In all the day was lovely.... had a relaxing day with a good friend!! We both had a great experience.
The Spa is new and fresh with modern interior. The therapist I had was amazing very down to earth and chatty which I liked. I had the Green Coffee body treatment and my friend the Rose Hydrator both lovely treatments.
The pool is quite small so swimming was not really an option when there were other groups in there.
Unfortunately there were a few men around doing maintenance in the changing rooms which was a little off putting but I suppose there never is a good time for maintenance........
The food in the restaurant was not all that great and we did not like that there was not a seperate section for Spa goers only - you can feel a little concious in your robe with other business like people around!

Once we arrived at the spa reception we were greeted by smiling reception staff who were so helpful. During the show round and welcome we realised what a beautiful spa we were at, offering 5-star service in everything that they . treatments were outstanding and the therapists professional, but approachable! everything about this spa oozed relaxation and professionalism! carefully designed throughout, stunning colour schemes and wonderful facilities. the contrast between to cold vitality pool and hot steam room and saunas was wonderful, everything we could of asked for in a spa. the food in the lounge was lush, exceeded my expectations. In fact the whole experience met my expectations and more. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I had a great day at this spa enjoying the relaxing experience I was promised. From the moment you walk in staff are happy to help and guide you in the right direction. I had two body treatments and would highly recommend both. The facilities cover everything you need from your spa day and the Luxurious relaxation snug are amazing.

I took my mum for her birthday. We both had the body exfoliation treatment and mum had the lava shells massage. After the exfoliation, skin was silky smooth and soft. My mum totally loved the lava shells, a change from a hot stone, just as effective. The staff were amazing, during the time when they were having the showers fixed, Jo accommodated us as VIPs, going that extra mile. We used the gym, sauna (loved the smell of pine wood), steam, jet spas, salt room and enjoyed getting in and out of the cocoons! Cant wait to go again and again. Thank to The Spa at the Cube for making it a wonderful day for my mum.

On arrival we (mum and sister) were greeted and hugs were given as my sister and mum had already experience the spa facilities and treatments, and this time it was my turn. We were show around the facilities - very nicely decorated, airy and clean. Then we were given our keys to our personal lockers and met our therapist - who again were courteous and very friendly. I enjoyed my treatment and the aftercare given, as well as the relaxation room - rocking in the cocoon relaxers was amazingly tranquil. I used the steam and saunas together with the swimming pool. The whole day was just right for my mum's leap year Birthday. Thank you for a lovely day.......

This was great, it is a lot smaller than we thought but fairly quiet so wasn't a problem. The saunas and steam room are lovely but the vitality pool was VERY cold, not sure if it is meant to be, was a little too nippy so unfortunetly didnt get any use out of that (we might just be wimps).
The spa itself is gorgeous. Lunch was brilliant, much better than expected and more variety.
Loved the place and all the facilities. Excellent

The venue itself is quite minimalist and pretty stylish located right at the rear of the mailbox. I want to be fair to a brand new venue so I'll give my pros and cons. Firstly I was here for my birthday as a treat, the treatments were paramount and the therapist delivered the best massage I can ever recall and I've had many. The techniques used for both massage and exfoliation were top notch. I was floating after I finished. The treatment room was gorgeous and really tranquil. All the staff I met were friendly and smiley. The pool area is lovely with jacuzzi and water jets galore as well as 2 steam rooms, a sauna and salt room. The changing rooms are very large with big fluffy robes and slippers provided in your locker. The cocoons (huge tents suspended fromm the ceiling fillled with cushions) were nice to have a sleep in and I dozed off for 40 mins or so. There is a light and airy well equipped gym. There is also a rasul but I didn't see this on my travels.
Now the negatives, mainly associated with the newness of the venue. The reception staff seemed quite unsure of what they were doing, to be expected really. The music in the changing rooms was so loud it was skin to a night club, far from relaxing. The floors in the shower area are very slippy too. The biggest negative though was the number of constantly present mainly by the pool on the day of the visit. Again entirely connected to the fact the place had just opened but as a woman relaxing alone it was a bit uncomfortable. The treatments went a very long way in redeeming the experience. I think as the staff get in to their stride this place will become amazing, all the staff were very friendly.

This is certainly high end, very impressed with the facilities and the staff. Made to feel very welcome, Charlotte who showed us around was very informative and friendly, I was also lucky enough to have her for my treatments, which were excellent, she is fantastic at massage.
Gym very imposing, even completed a spinning class with a highly energetic instructor. Lots of machines and all the facilities you could want in a high-tec well thought out gym.
Spa area - The idea of the pods outside the treatment rooms is excellent, but it was just too cold for you to be able to enjoy the experience, definitely need heating in that area. Would also suggest that they replicate the drinks machine in the reception into the spa area, quite off-putting to have to venture out in robes to obtain a drink. Changing rooms and pool area all very nice.
On booking we were told we could you the Club Lounge, but on arrival informed us would have to go upstairs to Marco Pierre Restaurant, quite disappointing as we had to get dressed when we thought we could stay in our robes and not have to venture out, but the Club has only been open for a few weeks and their lounge wasn’t ready! but even so they should have made us aware of that beforehand.
Biggest criticism was - we requested a booking for Valentines for us and our respective partners, we wanted the Champagne Pedicures plus massages for all of us, but also wanted the use of the Gym, they said that wasn't possible because it wasn't one of their packages! Quite surprised that they couldn't offer any flexibility, especially with the prospect of an approx. £500.00 bill, who turns away business like that in this climate?!

Hi Natalie, we dont currently offer a valentines package at that offers your requested treatment choices but, you are able to create your own package and book all aspects seperately. This would mean that you would book in your treatment choices and then add on the use of the spa, fitness facitities and any lunch you may require. If this is something that you would still like to do please do not hesitate to get in touch with the spa. Kind Regards

As you walk in the door of the newly opened CUBE club & spa its obvious that no expense has been spared on the facilities. Each of the treatment rooms was themed into a well known scent, bergamot, chysamthemum (iffy spelling) etc so that you can immerse yourself into a wonderful experience, relaxing into the capable hands of well mannered, efficient therapists who make you feel like a VIP as standard.

If you have a chance, dont hesitate to get yourself off down to the spa for some proper pamering.

Brand new Spa that just opened 4 days ago, booking was so easy, Nicola the Spa Manager was so helpful. She communicated in a timely fashion, arranged parking with The Cube Hotel (optional extra) and was there to welcome us too.

We couldn't at first find the entrance to The Cube Spa but soon got there. We packed our bags in the lockers and were shown around after filling in the medical/registration forms. At first I thought it was a bit small, however once you get started, the relaxed atmosphere makes you realise small is good, cosy and friendly.

The gym had sufficient equipment, access to drinks and always staff available if needed.

The pool, although small was great since I had no intention of swimming, just using the jet spas. The dry sauna made out of pinewood smelt calming and you could add more water to pump up the heat. The steam room was lovely and hot, in fact some found it too hot, complained and staff investigated the matter within minutes.

At first I did not like the idea of waiting in reception (in my gown) for my therapist but it really did not matter since I loved the drinks machine. It supplied fruit flavoured still water that was very refreshing (choice of plain, lime, strawberry, raspberry and more).

The Spa area had lovely cocoons hanging off the ceiling, great experience after the treatment. I had the Green Tea body scrub and Facial, which was relaxing and made my skin incredibly soft and smooth.

Back to the Pool area, we chilled, slept and drank lots of water! The Spa supplied a super soft towel, gown and slippers. The showers supplied shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryers and extra sockets for straighteners too. I could not reach the hanging space at the top of my locker so a stool would have been useful.

The staff were amazing, busy, yet always stopped to talk if you wanted to. I believe we naturally relax at a Spa day so having friendly staff, access to them if anything is needed and everything operational makes its unique, special and worth going back to.

So I am returning next month. Thank you to all the staff, especially Nicola and Joanne. They mingled with all of us (mum and sister) and we just had a laugh!!

Easy to get to. Parked around the back of The Cube to avoid Mailbox car parking charges.

Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and polite.

Bathrobe, slippers and towels for your use.

Choc body scrub was fabulous and the recovery room even nicer...cushion filled cocoons, suspended from the ceiliing.

Pool was disappointingly small, although the sauna and steam room great.

A lovely, relaxing experience.
