Great day, bought this for me and my girlfriend. Very friendly staff and a relaxing spa. Shame the sauna and steam rooms are separate and there was not a hot tub.
Also regarding the cream tea I had called the spa and told them one of us were allergic to nuts and was told there were no nuts in the scones, yet when we sat down for our scones they arrived covered in almonds. Seems like there was a lack of communication between the bar/resteraunt and the spa. The staff did fully understand and brought us a replacement although they did not have any scones without nuts which was a shame. Overall very nice spa and great treatments and I would go again and recommend

Overall was great value for money. The Swimming Pool was broken on the day which was a shame but the staff did everything they could to compensate. The service for lunch was a bit slow, but again they tried to make it up to us. The rest of the day was great though.

The woman who gave my partner her pedicure and manicure was reported back to me as absolutely unprofessional, she said everything was rushed and no care was taken as if the member of staff just wanted to hurry up and get home. I will never be returning for treatment there again

The manicure and pedicure were amazing, great attention to detail and lovely staff. All three of us were able to have the treatment at the same time which was great.

The spa facilities and staff were good. The main problem was with the rest of the venue - freezing cold, poor staff, mediocre food....

This was not a spa experience and was not good value for money. The facilities feel more like a gym than a spa, the treatments were nice however not good value and the staff just pushing product sales.

Waited for ages to be served our lunch, we decided to leave before dessert as nobody was coming back to our table. Relaxation area could have been better. Lot of people coming and going so was not very peaceful.

My boyfriend booked Spa day there for my birthday which included an afternoon tea, a massage and a facial.
The first impressions were ok. The lady at reception greeted us with a smile and showed us the lockers. She asked us when we wanted to have lunch as we would need to change to normal clothes to go down the dining room. As it was close to 1pm we decided to have lunch first. We were shown downstairs to the bar area where the wait started..... it took them almost ONE hour to bring us the tiniest breast of chicken I have eaten in my entire life with 4 ridiculous salad leaves (with no dressing). We ate it in 5min and it then took them another 30min to bring us our desserts (fresh fruits). Having wasted almost 1.5 hours at the bar and having the treatments booked for 3pm we rushed upstairs to quickly get changed. Once both of us were back at reception in our "not so comfortable" gowns and swimming wear. No one was there. We had no idea where to go, what was available nothing... No one was on sight... A girl finally came 15min later to tell us that we should go to the fitness center so someone from there could show us around. Arrived there an instructor told us that there was no jacuzzy, only separate saunas for both males and females and a swimming pool. She didn't bother to explain anything and didn't move away from her desk to show us anything. So here we went venturing again (feeling completely stupid in our gowns)... We finally worked out (on our own) that the way to the swimming pool was from each of the changing rooms. So both on separate ways we went.. No indication just dated corridors on the way.. We finally made it to the pool.. No one was there.. HOORAY! oh no wait.... the water was SO COLD that we were unable to get in.... So we ventured again in search of the saunas... I'm still looking for it.... My boyfriend apparently found one in the men's but didn't use it as what was i going to do without him??... Didnt see anything from the ladies... So we met at the reception again having enjoyed NONE of the facilities. It was now close to our 3pm appointment times... So here we waited... A lady came behind the reception. I told her about our long lunch, the cold water in the swimming pool etc but she had no answers to give me.... GREAT...
Went to the "relax" area (most annoying music playing) until my boyfriend gets called and myself as well. The treatment would have been much nicer if my therapist didn't have a runny nose.... At one point during my massage, both her hands on my back i felt 2 little drops.... WHY didn't she blow her nose before going onto doing my massage??
I was so stressed and sad by that whole day ruined at that point that i didnt say anything..
My facial was however quite nice but i have to say that my mood didn't lift up by then...
After the whole thing they gave me a box of 5 tiny samples as a birthday present, only to find that one was empty...
We then left as couldn't use any of the facilities after our treatments were done.
All in all, extremely disappointed by such an horrible experience... Completely ruined by birthday and my boyfriend's wallet.....

I booked in for the Mini Mani and Mini Pedi. Great value and a great treatment! I will definitely be back for my maintenance treatments, the Therapist was lovely - really thorough and the finish of the polish was great. I was meeting my partner after work and we ended up having dinner in Gillrays steakhouse, the food was delicious. Great views of the thames and big ben. It was a lovely ending to my day.

I came for a Dr Murad facial with a girlfriend, it was fantastic! The Products were great. Although I did not need any skincare, they stock AromaWorks so I bought my sisters birthday present which is a beautiful candle! The whole Spa smells amazing! We also went to Gillray's the Hotel Bar afterwards for a cocktail and a bite to eat. The food is really delicious and the views are spectacular! Lovely Therapists and great location! Will be booking again very soon - can't wait!

The sauna and steam room are really small and in the changing rooms so it won't be ideal for a couple. The robes fabric was really ruff and itchy. The staff was lovely.

I went here for the day with a friend on the Refresh and Revive Spa Day - Overall we were disappointed with our experience. It was not very good value for money, the spa lunch menu was EXTREMELY limited, only salads available and the 2 courses were main and dessert. Dessert was a choice of fruit or ice-cream and drinks were not included at all. We were not shown around properly so spent some time looking for the correct restaurant, also staff members in the hotel were unhelpful when we explained we were only there for a spa day and not a hotel guest.
The spa was very beautiful and we were given lockers, towels and robes - however the pool was fairly busy. Our treatments were lovely and the best part of the experience. Overall I would not recommend this spa day though, it's very expensive for what is received.

Lovely, modern spa with warm and welcoming staff, in the centre of London. The treatments were excellent, I would especially recommend the facial! Lunch was lovely with brilliant views over the Southbank. Although busy, it never felt overcrowded and it was generally a very relaxing experience.

I booked through Wahanda and received a confirmation advising me to contact the spa to arrange my treatments. When I contacted the spa I was told they were fully booked and did I want to move the spa day to another day. I was quite surprised at this question given I had prepaid but eventually they accommodated us. Whilst overall the facilities are fairy decent the whirlpool was not working and looked like it hadn't been filled with water in months. The gym is quite big for a hotel gym but the air temperature was ridiculously high - don't think the air conditioning is very effective because it is an open floor gym. We went to the gym in the morning and were hoping to have a steam/swim before lunch but we didn't realise that there is no spa restaurant so we had to shower to have lunch then go back into the spa for a steam/swim and our treatments - make sure you factor that into your plan for the day! Lunch was ok - word of warning, don't order the chicken - it was a small chicken breast with a couple of salad leaves! The treatments themselves were good and the area was clean, tidy and hygienic. Overall not the best spa experience I have had but ok if I had known what I was getting.

Very disappointing experience that was poor value for money as it was just not up to expectations. Staff were not very friendly or helpful. The order of the day was not explained and I was made to feel foolish for asking. The pedicure was not up to average nail bar standards and I felt sorry for the therapist having to work under poor conditions, as well as the experience being physically uncomfortable for me (there was no spa chair and I had to contort myself on a normal chair whilst the therapist had to contort herself on the floor). The facial and massage were mediocre compared to specialty facial/massage spas, which makes me think that a hotel spa is simply not the best place for a spa day. The one positive aspect of the experience was the included 2 course lunch, great food and lovely surroundings with great views.

fantastic day only downside was the fact that the punge pool was out of order, hence the drop of a star for the facilities
