More relaxing than I expected

Very nice girl who put me at ease. The wax however wasn’t great. Unwaxed strips, and then other strips that were skinned.

My technician was very knowledgeable and had great customer services skills. That been said, I do feel the painting of the nails itself could've been better. On some of the nails, you can see how the paint didn't go all the way to the corners. I didn't notice this until I had left and checked which is frustrating. Also, I feel the word manicure is quite lose. Whilst other places include hand scrub and massage in a manicure, this place didn't. Also, cuticle work could've been better.
