Kyrone always puts me at ease and gives me great advice to help me in recovery and with training. I always feel positive leaving an appointment, both physically and mentally. The location is easy to get to, always clean and welcoming and open outside most other business hours, making it really handy and flexible.

Brand new venue. Went to see Kyrone with lower back stiffness. Great massage and stretch out, left feeling so much looser and better. Also given some new stretches to do at home. Definitely recommend, thank you Kyrone I will be back.

Kyrone was able to focus in on the real problem that was causing the pain and then gave me very effective treatment and clear information on exercises to carry out to ease the discomfort and pain
