We all thought that the place was very dis jointed.lack of toilets and showers.we was very disappointed with our treatments the scrub was good but the massage ? all 4 of us was very disappointed and felt the same ,the massage was in fact just creaming our bodies nothing like a massage. I would like to discus this further if possible.
Clean and welcoming arrival. Easy access to the room. We had a little box of chocolates and port in the rooms which was a lovely touch. The bar area was comfortable and dinner was deleicious. Staff were very friendly and provided an efficient service.
The beds were comfy and shower was great for a morning refresh. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety of food available.
The spa was clean, bright and the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The changing rooms are small but were clean and adequate. The spa facilities were set in a lovely part of the building and the little outside area was secluded for hot tub and plunge pool usage. The back massage was good although myself and one other in my party had written down that we had back problems but these weren’t discussed with either of us before treatment commenced. I think any information should be discussed before any treatments.
But overall the massage pressure and ambience was lovely. We all left feeling relaxed and well rested!
Facilities are very basic and small. When we arrived at 11am the hot tub was closed for maintenance. The foot spa is a sink where you squirt soap and one of the plugs doesn’t work, also one of the 3 showers in the changing rooms was broken. This is a very budget option, which is not reflected in the price.
Everything was great except the tour at the start. The girl just kind of pointed in the direction of where things were
