Lovely relaxing day. Staff were friendly and helpful and the massage was amazing.
Loved the spa hotel carvery dinner was extremely disappointing and spoilt overall experience
Nice place and friendly staff although the facilities are minimal. Within an hour we had exhausted everything and were ready to go home. Not enough for what you pay for.
staff did not offer champagne upon arrival.
shower facilities had huge lumps of hair in cubicle.
no where to put wet used towels, therefore all piled onto floor.
staff behind bar where we ate cream tea unwelcoming.
waitress very kind.
toilet seat in bar toilets broken.
