I really love this salon. The beauticians were fantastic! The waxing was virtually painless the actual wax was top quality wax as used on the full body wax. The beautian was tactful, skilled waxer and had extensive knowledge about various questions I asked about treatments. I was very happy I couldn't recommend this place enough. I'm very happy and will be going back xxx

I paid for a full head of highlights the hairdresser was happy to spend a long time on my hair to get it lightened from very dark hair with red pigment good value for money and I was offered tea coffee biscuits chocolate and wine great! I paid £60 I have long dark hair and although I would have liked to have had my hair with a bit more of a range of highlights I should have taken more photos to make that clear not a fault of the hairdresser

I was really impressed with this massage. It was very good value for money and I would definately recommend it.

Lovely friendly staff that make you feel relaxed and welcome. The manicure itself was of a good standard, although would have liked a bit more choice of nail colours to choose from. The price is good value and I'll definitely be back.

I had hair colouring and highlights treatments and it was better than i wanted. I'm very happy that after being looking for long time for a good hairdresser finally i found Irina in The Beauty Lounge E11! Also i love Ilona and her shellac manicure and pedicure! I definitely would recommend this beauty salon !
