After having an eyebrow wax done here before and was happy with the service, unfortunately I cannot say the same about my recent visit. My appointment was at 9 am and the beauty therapist wasn't ready for me, I had to wait for the wax to warm up. This should be ready for 9 if that's when appointments start. This particular therapist was quite heavy handed when it came to pulling the wax strips off and when I got home, my underarms and around my eyes were extremely red and sore. I know you get some redness but this was much more than expected. Later I noticed graze marks / blood drawn to surface under my eyebrow and they were tender to touch. My underarms look sunburnt and were bright red for a couple of days after too.

Love coming here for a speedy but quality service. Think my bespoke nail extensions are fab and confident in the fact that there will be no imitations. Recent scratch award winners the salon takes much pride in perfection. Education is forefront for these girls and investing in themselves to provide a top class service - well done ladies!
