We all had a lovely relaxing day at the Spa and had two amazing treatments as a girls day out!
It was totally relaxing and I did not want it to end!. I had never had a hot stone massage before and It was so good.
great location- near to the seaside too as we came over from surrey.
I have left in the feedback paper but I thought it would be nice to have more variety of detoxing teas, i.e, red bush tea and chamomile tea. Also, I thought a hairdryer in the shower room and a clock to keep eye on the time at the spa would have been helpful.
I took my partner for the Couples Therapy package.
The venue is clean, the staff are professional and personable and the treatments were just lovely (hot stone massage/facial/mani/pedi). The staff accommodated changing a full manicure for an express mani and pedi, and were also kind enough to swap around our spa time, as we were having issues with transport.
The spa area is clean and private and the staff are discreet, professional, polite and friendly. Nice selection of complimentary beverages on offer.
The hot stone massage was very relaxing and ironed out all my kinks and niggles. The Dermalogica facial was lovely and included a head and shoulder massage, my skin was glowing afterwards.
Venue is literally 30 seconds from the station (Worthing) and a 20 minute walks/5 minute taxi journey away from the sea front - we went for dinner afterwards as it was so close.
Would recommend and would return.
I only had a pedi and facial and both were fabulous. The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely go back

Total contrast. Did Couples therapy, my Girlfriend had an exprerienced therapist and said treatments were great, my therapist didnt seem to know what she was doing (I assume a trainee) and mine were very disappointing. Also was a bit disorganised after treatments, we didnt really see our therapists after treatment and got several conflicting messages of what we should do next, we didnt even get a drink after treatments until I asked after we had showered changed and were waiting to go! Then at the end we were delayed leaving as the 2 confirmation emails didnt have the right number.
