Staff made my mum feel segregated when finding out she was in remission for nearly 5 years from breast cancer
It was amazing and would definately recomend it to friends. The massage, ambience and the spa facilities were lovely and would definately go again.
The spa facilities were cold also whilst we received a short introduction to the facilities we didn't consider we received in depth information in order to make full use of the spa facilities.
As a result we were slightly disappointed with our visit today.
Person who did manicure and facial was not experienced. I took my polish off as soon as I got home. The facial was for 15 minutes but took about 7.
I always enjoy my time at Bannatynes and this time was no different. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and total relaxation. Already booked and looking forward to my next visit ...
