A very enjoyable relaxing day. Good value for money. The venue is a short walk from the station, so ideal if you go by train.

My friend and I enjoyed a lovely relaxing afternoon at the Banatyne Spa. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the treatments were amazing! The spa facilities were fantastic.

Also the bath robes were super soft. The pool was cold but fine once we got swimming! A couple of the jacuzzi beds need mending (missing a head rest) but overall we enjoyed the day and the treatment immensely.

The bannatynes team at the front desk left a little to be desired, but as soon as we were in the hands of the lovely women working in the spa/salon we felt very well looked after. A wonderful day and my back hasn't felt that good in years! Many thanks

The swimming pool area was quite small but sufficient. Enjoyed using the relaxation room and the steam room. Being quite a small person I found the in pool massage beds to be quite uncomfortable as I couldn't lie on them and support myself without stretching my whole body out (not very relaxing at all.) I was expecting more of the 'hot tub' jacuzzi rather than metal beds so was quite disappointed.

The spa area was really nice and the staff were very polite. The full body massage was really great and left me feeling lovely and relaxed. As this was the whole point of the trip I felt very satisfied once I left despite the problem with the jacuzzi beds. :)
