I feel it is overpriced for what you get,it is not a full half hour, the therapist didn't know much about how the shells being used, i work in the same industry myself for the past 20 years, the staff need some lessons on communication and personal development, i'm sure most of the staff are just out of college and don't have much experience, which is understandable
The client should feel comfortable at all times and feel welcome, that was certainly the opposite from the experience i received, i would not recommend to anyone!! More training Mr Bannatyne before you employ your therapists...

The gym has new weights and the equipment is of a good standard.
But, the Spa is very dirty. The steam room has broken tiles and stains on the wall. The sauna has a cold draught from under the door. The staff were very rude.

Swedish massage was great and friendly staff. Towels and sandals should be provided free of charge and would expect fresh, not pre-made food to be provided.

Bought it for my mum as a special treat, we got there and I was a bit disappointed with how it looked on the outside and the reception area. The staff were very friendly and quick to serve though and showed us the beauty salon (which looked amazing!) and the pool area. In the pool area the jacuzzi was out of order which was annoying for us, but the pool was lovely - really warm! We also used the steam room which was nice and clean. Treatments were amazing, had neck/back/scalp massages and just wished it could of gone on longer, left feeling very relaxed. Probably wouldn't go back as it was pretty standard but still very enjoyable

Not to have members of staff using the facilities. When contacting general manager to be called a liar. The pool is a fitness pool so you can't relax in it

It was a wonderful time, we both enjoyed everything and the treatment was just perfect. Staff are very friendly and the facilities are fantastic. We had a great end of the year at Bannatyne's Banbury. Thank you!!

This was a lovely treat for me and my girlfriend, the massages were lovely and so were the facials (we upgraded for a small fee, which was totally worth it).
Full use of the gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, free hot drinks. A well rounded relaxing day.

Handy tips:
- Do remember to take your voucher print out with you, it's not the best thing to start your relaxing day with the minor stress of finding signal on your phone to email it to the reception staff to print it out again.
- Also, drink plenty of fluids. I left with a dehydration headache because I foolishly didn't top up on water.

I thoroughly enjoyed the massage and the relaxation area. The amount we paid for the massage and scalp massage was really good, and the therapists were all very friendly. It was good that there were exercise classes that visitors could participate in - this is unusual in my experience. One thing I was disappointed with was the area by the swimming pool/jacuzzi/sauna, as this felt much more of a leisure centre feel than a relaxing spa day - the view was of the car park (no blocked windows so I felt a bit strange on the bed in my bikini!), and there were very minimal beds to sit on so this wasn't somewhere I wanted to spend much time at to relax with a magazine. The relaxation area, on the other hand, was very nice (although again, there were only five beds so if there were a lot of people booked onto the spa, there wouldn't be room for everyone) and the facilities in this area were great (tea/coffee machine, magazines, water). Lunch was very good value and a good range of options, and this area was pleasant. I would visit again but would probably come for less time as the swimming pool/jacuzzi wasn't an attraction on my visit.
