The treatment is not pain free, but Melissa is always caring and thoughtful when treating me, makes sure I am comfortable and often asks if I need a break when the treatment is intense. I'm so greatful for that.

The treatment is often painful, but as soon as I let Melissa know - she stops and moves to a different part of my face. She is caring, but has a great sense of humour which always puts me at ease.
