I went for a Thai Combination massage with Yanapat a couple of days ago, and it was beautifully blissful. I was meant to be having an hour treatment, but we overran by at least 20 minutes! The Thai Combination mixed Sports massage, Swedish massage and Thai massage, and the different styles really worked well together to makes sure that all your areas of tension were completely released. Being a bit of a massage newbie, she tailored her massage to suit that, adopting more of the gentler Swedish massage and less of the stretching Thai style. There is great attention to detail, with all your limbs getting a thorough massage both front and back.
It was a little bit hard to find, and not very well signposted, but local business owners were more than happy to point me in the right direction. It's upstairs above an estate agents and cafe. I ended up going in through a back way through a gym-like room! Near Baker Street station so great central location.
Really wonderful massage, can't rate it highly enough. It was so peaceful and relaxing - nearly dozed off a couple of times! I would recommend both the venue and Yanapat as a therapist.
This was my first ever professional Thai massage as I have friends who are Thai and slightly dabble in the profession but don't take it seriously. Whilst those massages were satisfactory they were not on par with experience I had with this massage and might I say it was a wonderful experience indeed. I am a personal trainer and within my profession I often find clients in need of massages. Due too a fellow P.T (who gave this place high praise) I found myself referring the clients in need to this facility. When I ask how they found it all of the clients I referred had 100% positive feedback and still continue to use the service. Guilt ridden by the fact I referred clients to here without experiencing a massage first hand I finally got round to booking an appointment. I was nervous at first as it was my first time getting a professional massage but the therapist made me feel relaxed and reassured that there was nothing to be nervous about. Also the facility was very homely and cozy the lightning also added to the atmosphere giving a very therapeutic feeling. All in all I felt welcomed, the massage great, my muscles felt more relaxed and I would recommended it too anyone. :D
