Terrible massage experience sadly. My appointment was 45 mins instead of an hour, I left feeling more uncomfortable than when I came in, there was no ambiance, bright lights (I was offered sunbed goggles to cover my eyes!) no face hole, no warming up of the muscles- if I’m honest, it didn’t seem like my therapist had been trained in massage at all- she massaged on my bones including my shins and collar. I almost stopped the session myself. Not a full body, really disappointed and wouldn’t retun

The staff was very nice and place very clean. However, the massage was not professional. The person needs training on real Thai massage. The room was cold and the bed covered with plastic so my head lying on the plastic cover.

The salon is very nice with lovely staff. I got a hot wax Hollywood. If you have course hair, book elsewhere. The hot wax is a very thin consistency and doesn't actually grab the hair, instead of the wax pulling out my hair it's just broken the hair too short for a clean up strip to remove. My waxer was lovely and checked I was doing ok throughout.
