I can hand on heart say this was the best waxing experience I have ever had...The therapist (Jacqui) was very relaxed, she was easy to chat to, conversation was comfortable and interesting, making the experience very comfortable. It was my first appointment here, she asked lots of questions to make sure I got what I wanted. The waxing seemed to be over and done with in no time with far less pain and discomfort than I've ever experienced before. The technique used seemed to be different from other beauty therapists I've been to..the results were faster, cleaner, less painful and more thorough. I cannot rate this treatment/experience highly enough! No one looks forward to getting their Brazilian (or any waxing) done however I definitely will not be filled with my usual dread when I return here for my next one. I've rated the therapist and treatment and value all 5*. I've given the facilities a 4*..there was absolutely nothing wrong with them, but it's not a 5* spa experience. And the staff (not including the therapist) a 3* as the male receptionist/hairdresser from the hairstylists upstairs was a tiny bit abrupt though this may have just been a language barrier ..overall I left a very happy hair free customer!
I have never had a back exfoliation treatment before but it was lovely and will be perfect for my low backed dress for a wedding I am going to. Tara applied a cleansing treatment, hot steam and then I had an extraction, massage and back masque! Great value for money as quite involved. Very relaxing, thank you!
I have been this place for massage, it was unique experiment , they wear very friendly, & healpful, ! Really enjoy it, will visit again!!!
Tara was great! I went for a massage after work and couldnt have been a better idea! Was so relaxing and gentle. She is a true professional and the atmosphere is lovely. I went for the stone massage but she has lots of choice: facials, pedicures... Will be back soon!
Tara has wonderful hands. She took complete care of me, and it felt as if I have been going to her all my life ( which I will start to do so from now on). She exfoliated and massaged my feet with perfect skills, and I was very pleased indeed.
I am going to go for facial next time, and I normally don't trust anyone on my face, but as I said, she has wonderful hands and she knows what she's doing.
Completely recommend her.
