I booked and went for a patch test and no one answered the door so was a completely wasted journey. Couldn’t contact via phone either, neither could Treatwell. There was rubbish all over the entrance so I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t clean inside. Don’t waste your time booking here…

Lady was friendly, but didn’t know I had booked&paid. Offered dry cut when I paid for W/C/BD. Quick wash, no conditioner, cut took 2 mins! Said not to have layers. Started to blow dry in sections but think she realised she was going to be late 4 next so rough dried and very quickly straightened in large sections. Had my coat ready for me to put on as of to say you have to go now. I booked 45 minutes and was all done in 25 mins. My hair feels damp and sticky like it has shampoo in it. So upset
