Ruined my hair, didn't do what I asked at all! Went in for a trim - my hair was down my shoulders - I came out with a long bob. It's terrible and I now I'm stuck wearing it up as I need to wait for it to grow a bit before someone else can fix it - definitely won't be coming back here.
