Quite an interesting experience. Have noticed a difference in my swelling and feel like I'm sleeping better too. The girls are really nice too.

I wasn't really sure what this treatment was, in fact you place your body parts against the roller in turn for several minutes, the treatment takes and hour in all. Obviously one treatment isn't enough, you need to do at least ten and not too spaced out. I have done 11 now and am starting to see results. The treatment itself is very pleasant and relaxing, I could happily do it every day if I had time! The staff are lovely, very helpful, happy to chat or just leave you to get on with it.

Something I hadn't tried before! Lovely lady who owns the business was there to talk me through the whole procedure. You can tell she is very passionate about her business with the system having helped her immensely physically and health wise. I have already recommended it to a friend of mine.

Great massage, felt like I had worked out! After the first massage I booked for the 8 course. I finish it and I can see some results. Staff really kind!!!
