hi i had a organic deep clean facial at this salon and cryo fat freeze done at this salon on outer thighs ambience very good lights was dim and nice relaxing music the cryo lady is so nice and caring she made me feel at ease it was no painful the salon was very clean and the cryo lady kept on cleaning and moping and washing her hands so top marks for hygiene i give her ten stars :) and will book all my appts with her thanks
The woman who runs the Cryolipolysis procedure is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about what she does. The Salon is easy to find (just look for the sign in front of the brown, wooden stairwell and that's it!). The procedure was fantastic (I did it on my inner thighs). It's been a week and I do see a difference already. I enthusiastically recommend this treatment at the facility and will be purchasing another Stratford Salon-Cryolipolysis treatment in the future!

i had the cryogenic lipolysis done at this salon the staff was very good,she was very friendly she told me step by step what was happening all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, the salon itself is a basement shop but i had no problem finding it,salon was clean and lovely fragrance of freshness this salon offers the cheapest price for this treatment with fantastic customer service i am pleasantly satisfied and have booked more sessions in the comming weeks,the procedure itself was very good its been two weeks and i can notice my stomach is flatter
overall to sum it up i had a lovely experince and customer service was fantastic will be seeing them soon thank you zarah and team
