Hi i had cryo session this week on my thighs i got to the salon and was running a little late the therapist was very proffesional she was a lovely friendly pretty girl .she made me feel at ease and stayed with me throughout the session as i was a bit nervous!but it turned out it was nothing to worry about at all i didnt feel any pain at all.The salon was very clean and lovely the staff made sure i was at completly comfortable offering me water and pillows etc i was extremly happy with the professional service i recieved and the therapist was amazing thank you zarah.I am since going to book more sessions on outer thigh and my arms .But overall good value for money would definatly recommend this place
A friend of mine recommended this place to me. At first I wasn't so sure because it was a newly opened salon; but I thought why not give it a try because they had such amazing packages and reasonable prices.
I went for the Men's Package -Special offer (worth £100, but only £50!!). I asked for a specific haircut, which normally hairdressers i go to don't give me :( but here in Stratford Salon they listened to me very carefully to what/ how I wanted it and they gave me outstanding results. Then I had my facial done, which was nice because they used some sorta natural stuff and I really liked the steam. And then finally Massage - which was awesome! Before the massage, we had a consultation about what area I wanted more concentration etc
Honestly I have never been more satisfied with a Salon. The staff were super helpful and very nice and they listened to what I asked them to do and they did it. I would highly recommend this Salon and already did ;)) and would love to go back with my friends
I had Cryogenic Lipolysis sessions done by Zahra three days ago. She is really friendly and good at what she does. She explained everything and answered all my questions clearly before the session started. I'm very happy with the experience. And, of course, I'm looking forward to see results.
Though the toilet could've been better.

i visited Stratford salon about 3 weeks ago to be precise
yes it is a basement shop but i had no problem finding it the Salon it self was emmaculate and clean.Staff was friendly and very helpful.I had the cryo done and was explained about the procedure in great detail.
The Procedure it self was not painful at all i felt fine was reading my magazine and realxing!Staff kept on checking on me. I had no bruising but i have mixed race skin.Its been 3 weeks since the treatment and yes my stomach does feel firmer definatly but for full results i need to wait 8weeks!
i have booked 2 More sessions of cryo and cant wait to get rid of this tummy pouch!
I had a appointment today and got there 20mins before got to reception desk and appointment was confirmed was taken to massage room had body massage done first really enjoyed it was very theraputic and relaxing lovely soft relaxing music in background the therapist was very caring and kept asking if i was ok and if i needed more pressure which i thought was really good as each individual is different very relaxful atmosphere then i had the facial done also was very good had a lovely deep cleanse and skin feels smooth and clean.massage and facial were both really good thoroughly releaxed me would definatly recommend this salon
