PLEASE DO THIS DEAL AGAIN!!! I visited the spa for the day pass for one, mid-week and I can honestly say it's the best spa experience I ever had! I was the only one there for the first part of the morning which made it even more special. The facilities are beautiful, this really is a chance to feel truly relaxed and pampered. Staff were friendly. I ate in the hotel which was expensive as you would expect from a five star but well worth it. There's places nearby if you fancy a cheaper lunch. Hairdryer and straighteners provided along with towels, robes and slippers. No need to take shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as this is provided. Steam, sauna, pool, gym are available. A brilliant experience. Hotel is stunning, spa is gorgeous. Loved it. Cannot fault it in anyway. Would love to go back.

Brilliant experience, I went mid week was completely empty just me and my sister had the entire spa to our selves. We both had a 60 minute massage which was amazing the massage bed itself was very comfortable. The high tea was exactly that would definetely recommend to anyone to needs a nice relaxing break.

This spa has a good size pool with a Jacuzzi area and air-beds, the steam room is close by and a generous size but the sauna is in the changing rooms which is not ideal. There is good space for lounging near the pool and it was quiet when I went so I never felt crowded. The deal for weekdays is good value for a central location and premium spa space.

This was my first ever spa experience, and it was absolutely fantastic.
The spa was relaxing, the facilities were clean and well decorated.
The treatment was so blissful I nearly fell asleep!
I enjoyed going to the relaxation room afterwards. I think the herbal tea provided was delicious, but I think it would be better to have a wider variety of healthy snacks, and I think a wider variety of magazie or even healthy lifestyle books would have been great. But these are small criticisms.
I would definitely consider coming back (this was booked as a birthday treat/catch up session with friends).

I had the best day at St Pancras Spa. The building, facilities, changing rooms, pool etc. are beautiful. I spent most of the morning in the pool and steam room until my treatment. I had a mud body wrap and a facial which felt amazing and my skin felt super soft afterwards. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing treat!

This is a perfect peaceful retreat, centrally located. The treatments were excellent. The spa itself had appropriate facilities and these were uncrowded. This made the experience really relaxing and calm. For the price, it was excellent value.

I took my cousin here as her 50th birthday present. We both had time off work and were looking for a slice of peace not too far from away as we needed to do the school run after 3pm. We had the Ticket to Tranquility package, which included a heavenly body scrub, massage and facial. Before the treatments we took full advantage of the pool and steam room, and afterward relaxed in the quiet room. Unlike other spas I have spent time at, this one isn't crowded so it does actually feel peaceful and relaxing. The staff are friendly and professional and the ambiance is wonderful.

Even better than I thought it would be! The massage was divine and I'be been to a few in London. Serene and quiet as it was a weekday and there was plenty of delicious food at afternoon tea. Will definitely go ng back again.

I bought e vouchers for my two daughters as a treat before their return to uni.
Bit concerned before that the treatment may reflect that it was a half price deal on line but they certainly could see no difference in how they were treated and indeed they said they recieved really kind calm treatment at all times. The facilities were all very clean, they were lent robes and slippers and the lady who saw them in was lovely and explained well.It was a really successful present, thank you.

The location of the spa was the draw for me - I love the way they have refurbished this hotel - no expense spared. The changing area is quite small but clean with REN hand/body lotion, cotton buds/cotton wool/etc. The swimming pool is small but adequate with jacuzzi, nice showers around the pool and a small steam room. The facilities are mixed but the sauna is separate in the ladie changing room next to 3 showers. On arrival we were the only two people there which was a luxury, then a few guests that were staying at the hotel arrived say 6-8 people and it got busy. Overall this is a nice place to spend a couple of hours or so. OK for the offer price but £50 would be a bit expensive for the use of the spa only.

I loved the experience at this spa, the 60 minute body scrub and facial was so relaxing that I fell asleep and I could have stayed forever in their relaxation lounge with yummy fruit and nuts and exotic teas. The whole place has a very calm atmosphere and the design is lovely, like in an oriental palace. The only thing that could have improved my experience would have been a bigger pool that is not hidden in the basement, everything else was perfect.

I arrived at least 15 minutes earlier and despite having just a brazilian wax, I was provided my own locker to change into a robe and was guided to a relaxation room. I took advantage of some quiet time and had rose water with some nibbles and magazine reading.

The therapist was so lovely and really made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole process. I really think it was an experience going beyond that extra mile.

I am planning to bring my fiance for a wax treatment when I schedule my next one with them in May 2013. As they gave me a voucher to use for my second visit, I shall definitely take advantage of it.

It's a great spa in the centre of London and very good value compared to just normal salons that you go to!

I managed to get a two for one offer on a day trip to the spa, unfortunately I didn't book any treatments as I wanted to check the room out first. I honestly can't praise the staff enough, they were absolutely lovely. My friend and I did not dress up for the occasion but the staff treated us like royalty, showing us all the facility and encouraging us to have a go on everything including 'have a sleep in the tranquillity room'!

All the facilities were five star, the pool was lovely, the steam room was big and well light and the tranquillity room was peaceful enough to have a doze. I did look in on a couple of the treatment rooms and they were all lovely looking.

Finally, it's the little touches I like so here they are: The locker has a little box for your valuables. The locker has a little note welcoming you to the gym by name! the Tranquillity room has snacks and lemon water for you to enjoy, very welcome after a work out and a steam. They gym has headphones for guests to use with disposable ear foam pieces. Speaking of the gym, it's small but has everything you need and the equipment is all top notch. I cant wait to go back!

Ahhh... Mmmm.... It was both relaxing and invigorating. More please...

The spa's location is a plus. Fabulously convenient. After years of driving past the old St Pancras station, it was great seeing the Renaissance up close and inside. Such a majestic building.

There was the buzz of the Olympics upstairs, while down in the Spa, tranquility. Staff were flexible, and accommodated my last minute schedule change with grace. Appreciated.
