I had an express shellac manicure with Francesca and it was by far the WORST shellac I've ever had in my life (and I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks)! Although Francesca was friendly, she really did not pay any attention to what she was doing. She was constantly turning away and chatting with her co-workers and would get up from her seat literally every 2 mins to go either speak with someone or do something else. As a result, she was rushing to finish the manicure and the whole application was incredibly sloppy! She left gaps on the sides of my nails and got polish all over the sides and tops of my fingertips! I had to ask her several times to fix and redo the paint job, which she did even more hastily and sloppy. Thank god I got a light color polish, because she also didn't get the paint close enough to my cuticles so even though I had just had my nails done, they looked like they had 2 weeks growth on them - awful! I can't speak for the other manicurists at the salon, but I also didn't find the employees (from reception to other stylists) particularly friendly either. They seemed grumpy, irritated and were rushing around like crazy not paying proper attention to the customers.
Don't waste your money on shellac at this salon...definitely not coming back!
Gel Nails Manicure
Was not a very nice experience. It was more of a rub down in a cold room than a relaxing or even deep massage. Came away feeling worse than when i went in. The room i was in was freezing and for most of the time i did not have a towel over me. It was not a deep massage nor was it a relaxing one. I just felt as if I was having my bones rubbed, rather than working my muscles. Although the staff are lovely I sadly would not recommend.
Aromatherapy Massage
First of all the cleanliness was below avaetage, the place where they are doing the nails is too small and it was also too noisy and full of other clients and staff. Ive asked the girl for one type of manicure but she wasnt able to do it and when I asked if we can replace one of the desired colours she didnt appologised for not being able to give me what I want. However the manicure was quite quick not more than 5 mins she just filed my naails whitout takkng any extra care onto my cuticles for what I dont really regret having in mind the poor cleanliness around. The girl looked like she didnt like her job and was tingg to do it as quick as possible and to sent me off, she didnt applied the nail polish profeshionally and especially on my index finger nails it looks like ive did it by myself with some bumps of polish and parts of missing it. Overall my nails look ok, but not loke I have paid 28 paunds for it and not like ive had them done at a studio by arofessional. Regreting buying voucher instead of going somwhere for full price but recieve the service I have paid for! :-(

The hairdresser was too over enthusiastic with the clippers and lacked skill in graduating the cut. Clients weren't even offered a cup of tea!
Ladies' Haircuts
Splash Soho is a small, funky venue in the heart of Soho. So the music is loud, and there are a lot of people (mainly blokes) coming in for a £9 haircut. But the shellac manicure is good. They have all the latest CND colours.
